Tire pressure is highly recommended maintenance. The last two times we rented, the tires on the cargo van had low pressure.
MARICELA S.The 15 foot truck we rented was disgusting. We took the truck on a 1400 mile trip. There were engine fumes in the truck cab and in the main storage area where all our clothing was. The experience was physically sickening, and the fumes contaminated all of our clothing and other belongings. There is no way this truck should have been on the road.

Nickolas G.This is the worse location I have ever experienced while using Uhaul. I have never felt so disappointed and disrespect by the Manager Kevin Davis in my life. I have work in CS for a long time. Never was I ever treated like everything is my fault and was complain to his subordinates as if I was a rude and uncompromising customer. Everything he said to me I would never said in front of a customer's or about any customer's. Never will ever use this location nor do I want to used UHaul service again.
Samon T.My experience at this location was a 10 out of 10! The representative at the desk (I dont remember his name) was OUTSTANDING. He was efficient, quick, knowledgable, and professional. I went to a few other Uhaul locations and service was horrible. Thank you for the experience and Im not renting anywhere lese than your location from here on out.

Ricky W.I would recommend THIS location I would NOT recommend other locations or booking online becuase before you know it your booking a uhaul out of a gas station in a unsafe environment with an employee who gives you the keys to a van instead of a 20ft uhaul. But thankfully this location was able to fix what that location messed up and they were all accommodating and polite.
Dawn C.The customer service at this location is totally lacking. Girl who checked me in had her feet propped up in the chair for customers and didn't move so that I could sit. They were not accommodating when I needed to change my reservation. Then when I returned the trailer website check in was only set up for trucks with mileage. Spent over an hour on hold with trying to check in vehicle. Was called 3 days after trailer returned asking where the trailer was. I had already talked to 3 customer representatives and was told the location was notified but yet it took them 3 days to check it in. After this experience I have no intention of ever using uhaul again.

If they had not come in when they did, I would not have received my trailer. Also, the trailer was left very dirty inside but the man outside swept it for me.

MARICELA S.Trailer light we're not working even though a worker "checked" the light. I found that the trailer side harness was all split with bare wire and shorted together. This wiring Is extremely dangerous cause it blew my trucks tail lamp fuse. Luckily the fuse did it's job but still a possibility for a vehicle fire. This trailer needs to get fixed

Harold W.We filed an official complaint well over a week ago about this experience and never heard back from U-Haul about it. Long story short- we had a reservation for a 15' truck to pick up at this location. We drove from Georgia to pick up some furniture and arrived at this location at 940am, our pick up time was 10am. The owner told us he didn't have a 15' truck for us but could give us a 10' one if we could come back in an hour. We weren't sure a smaller one would work but said as long as it didn't have wheel wells in the cargo area, we would try it. We left and came back and sure enough, it had wheel wells, making the cargo area not a flat surface. **THERE were MULTIPLE trucks on the yard at this time, some bigger than 15' PLUS a 15'** The owners exact words were, "this truck [10' one] belongs in Atlanta" and "I can't have that [15' truck] going north" After almost THREE hours of trying to get a truck we finally drove off the lot with our 15' truck that we should have had to start with. The owner obviously wanted to keep his larger trucks local, but that isn't how U-Haul works. Wasted so much of our time on a very busy scheduled trip.

Alicia W.We were originally set to drop off on a location 3546 S Military Trail, however the store refused because he was no longer dealing with Uhaul, we had to travel an additional five miles to drop off. After being on the phone for 55 mins with uhaul, to speak with someone to helps in getting the truck to a different place; what should haven the easiest part of this particular instance ended up being the most upsetting thing. My suggestion is remove him from your list so someone else doesn't have to experience what we did.

The steering wheel did not respond as it should, driver door hard to close, truck back door really heavy ( I weigh 200 pounds and had to use all my weight to make the door come down), side mirrors stuck and not able to adjust. In the end had rented for 24h and used way less and got my car doing multiple trips to finish what I could have done in 2 just because I did not felt safe in that one. Definitely will think twice before do business with U-Haul again.

LEODAN C.Clerk was on her phone on a personal call on speaker while I was waiting to be helped, clearly not paying attention as she assigned a vehicle to me that was not on the lot, the whole process too far longer than was needed. I was uncomfortable at the location the entire time and was even questioned about how much money I made by one of the employees based on his perception of my line of work. The only good part of this experience was the general manager of the location coming out, personally fixing everything and getting me on my way, for him I was grateful.
LONNY R.Super busy store. Nervous about turning it in as required no walk around. So my son took pictures of the truck on my behalf. Turned out not necessary as my final bill was correct and no additional charges were applied. So I was relieved and of course very pleased.

Nestor R.I returned the eqpt at 8 pm (after closing), took pictures of the eqpt and called your office to confirm that I did not have to do anything else. I was told that staff would process it in the morning. Later that day I received my receipt and it showed that I was charged for 2 days because they did not process the trailer until 10:21 am (the next day). I had to spend over 50 min on the phone with one of your reps to have her correct it. I was finally issued a refund but told that it would take up to 5 days to show up on my credit card. I find the whole situation unacceptable because I did everything I was supposed to do and wasted close to 1 hr of my time to retrieve $28.31. My guess is that most of your customers probably don't bother because of the hassle...
