Was charged an additional $59 of which $50 was a fuel surcharge that I completely disagree with because the tank was returned at what was the correct amount despite what the clerk said. Nickel and diming isn't a good way to retain regular customers such as myself.eric O.

1. When scheduling the 24/7 pickup, the website had the wrong address for this location. They had recently moved. 2. When checking in online, the app could not confirm I was at the right address. 3. The location employees informed me that they do not offer 24/7 service. I had not received any communication about this. If I had arrived later, I would not have been able to pick up the truck which would have been a serious inconvenience. 4. Since they didn't offer 24 hour service, I couldn't drop off the truck that same night. I had to wait until the store opened the next morning. That was a major hassle. 5. In spite of all that, the actual experience working with the staff and checking out and back in was pleasant. 6. My experience with the truck itself was great. Bottom line: Get the app synced up with the real life location address and services. And contact the customer if needed to avoid inconveniences.Paul P.

When one pulls in off of Railroad to Fuller Dr, the office of UHaul is right there in a strip mall, but no sign visible like other bussiness in that area. The sign should be in large letters above the door.margaret G.

Website was having issues to where I could not properly return the trailer. Not sure if that was controllable, but when attempting to call the Uhaul number, I was told the wait time was over an hour. I was made to believe that it would take 12 gallons to fill the tank and I put in 12 gallons per the instructions. I over filled the tank based on this costing my atleast $20. I paid $104 to drive literally the worst uhaul I've ever driven in. I felt like it was going to break down on the side of the road. Terrible experience. Going to Penske next time.JOSEPH L.

The location was fine but there was a serious problem with the truck itself, either a failing electrical switch that turned on an alarm siren or a loud resonant wind leak in a door seal on passenger sideRobert M.
Every experience I've had with U-Haul (2 different locations) has not been very positive. There is never enough staff working there to get in and out in a timely manner. If the app would have worked properly my experience might have been better. The app told me one vehicle and then when I got to confirming pictures and mileage it didn't match the vehicle I was given. The app wouldn't let me proceed so I had to go into the store and wait 15+ minutes so I could work through the issue with the attendant. At that time we figured out the vehicle it was saying in the app was different than the one at the beginning of the check-in process, so that's why the mileage didn't match. All in all it took me about 40 minutes to get on my way. Drop-off went more smoothly using the app but there were multiple vehicles in the drop-off lane backed up almost to the road so it was a little stressful.Jessalyn S.
We switched locations to pick up because the one we reserved didn't have all of the stuff we reserved Then we went to second location and they didn't have two of the items we needed- The people were accommodating but I'd we would have known the items weren't available we could have been more prepared-Dan F.

I think the truck was missing the catalytic converter - not U Haul's fault, but it was extremely loud. Otherwise worked well . Self check in at the end did NOT work, I got to the step where I was supposed to take a photo of the odometer and that didn't work at all, so someone at the location had to help.Mark B.

The poor guy there yesterday was working alone on a busy Sunday. He did a great job, given the circumstances but I had a significant wait picking up the truck and had to figure out how to do self check-in after moving all day because of all the returns ahead of me. The location did not have the pickup I reserved. They must not have had a van as well, since I was given a 10 foot truck. The problem with the truck is I knocked my back out of place getting in and out of the truck. Not a good experience. In addition, if you need another contact person on the reservation, please ask for it when a person makes the reservation. Springing surprises when you go to pick up the vehicle isn't pleasant.Leon B.
The personnel I worked with to reserve the 10' rental truck were extremely helpful and polite. I was renting the truck for my sister and brother-in-law to take furniture from Des Moines, in central Iowa, to their home in eastern Iowa.
