The 24/7 rental service did not work for me. I clicked the link and got a message about the facility only does hand service and to come back during store hours. The employee who served me apologized and gave me a credit, and his overall service was excellent. The company needs to improve its website and links.NICOLE D.

Ten years ago we moved with Uhaul, with local movers who loaded and drove the truck, and other locals through Haul, who unloaded. That was a really good experience. This time we used U-boxes. Th whole thing was one disaster after another. The website interface caused mistakes, so we were overcharged. UHaul phone people hung up on me twice, and I am a polite person, they just wanted an easier issue to deal with. I had the impression that UHaul was over-working them, and not reasonable to it's employees or customers. The local movers were 3 hours late, and didn't have an excuse (we were the first move of the day). They were unprofessional. They left in the middle of the job for a short break and didn't come back till five hours later! We didn't really need two boxes, but the rep talked us into it, and then the lazy loaders used both, loaded less than half-full. Two days after the boxes were picked up, UHaul called me to say they had lost one of our boxes. Later that day, as I was driving there with the keys, to try a hundred locked boxes, they called to say they found it. Then expensive furniture arrived broken. And the Uhaul-connected unloaders stood us up, after confirming they were coming. We contacted the next unloaders on the list, and they said they would come the next day. They never showed up, either. Right before the boxes were picked up, we were forced to stagger under the weight of unloading them ourselves, and injure our backs. NEVER AGAIN, UHaul!Janet P.

this was an extremely busy day/location? it was 5:00 on a Sunday so i understand how everyone was returning from the weekend at the same time i was. i literally had driven from kearney, ne that day, had the movers unload my stuff into a storage unit and fly over there to try and make it before it closed for the day. why everyone else felt the need to keep it as long as they needed is beyond me. i always want to be done asap with any move i do. that being said, Giovanni (i think that was his name) was awesome and kind and helpful. even when he, himself, probably wanted to throw all of us out so he could get off work, he was patient and helpful to me and i really appreciated it. i was losing it myself, and if it hadn't been for him being nice, i was about to go off. so he was the best part of this experience at this locationMOLLIE F.
The truck was clean overall, but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We had an issue with the weather stripping on the windshield flying off during travel, I believe this was taken care of when I returned the vehicle, he apologized and immediately started in on the repair.LISA G.
Store opens at 7am and my return time was 8 am. There was no where to park/return the trailer I rented because the lot was full of returned uhaul trucks waiting to be processed. This location needs more people on staff during early morning hours to process the returns and man the desk.TRAVIS R.

Understaffed and tired poor employees. There were only 2 employees working at the time. It was busy and the two employees were under lot of stress and looked tired due to management not taking care of their employees or managing shifts properly. There was queue of customer inside the store and also queue of customers trying to return their rentals outside. Management should do better!!DIPESH S.

Very rude staff, not all equipment were available and I was informed only 30 min before pick up even though I booked a month ahead of time. My trip was delayed for 3 days. It's a horrible experience and Uhaul did not live to their promises. This is the worst experience I've had ever and will not use U-Haul againMHD JAMEEL M.

Arrange for a trailer/truck was a nightmare. I ended up talking on the phone with several locations and the "traffic" department as well as customer service. I ended up going in person to 2 different locations. I was still in doubt right up to the time I picked up the truck. All of this made it EXTREMELY hard to coordinate our move.STEPHEN S.

A/C needs to work in vehicle and staff knowledge on store times and customer service. I tried to extend my rental but was not able to. Because, they all ready rented it. Not good business if renting a vehicle that is not on the lot. Customers should have the option to extend the rental. Check out/contracts need to be consistent. During check out, it said the rental period was 3 days. The contract, however, had pickup at 8 am Wednesday and drop off 7 am Friday, a period of only 47 hours. Not an issue of this site, per se, but of uhaul as a companyJacob G.

I had made a reservation a week or so in advance. Got to location and was surprised when I was told the truck I had requested was double booked and wasn't even on the lot as it was still out from the day before. I understand things happen and people keep a truck later than normal but was just disappointed when I had to get the 15' truck and then it added mileage and hours to my move. I can't remember the guy who helped me out at the counter but he did an excellent job helping me find something as close to the 20' truck I had reserved.William K.
