Originally, I had scheduled online for the U-Haul van but upon arrival they stated that they were out of them. They were very kind and improvised with a mid size U-Haul at the same price of the van and mileage, which was very kind and professional. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful and the entire experience of moving on that day with U-Haul was wonderful. The only suggestion I would have is that the online booking system be updated with current inventories of all vehicles, equipment, etc. to ensure that the product is available on the day of rental at all U-Haul locations. But overall GREAT experience.

When I received the bill,Uhaul had my traveled mileage listed incorrectly; a fuel charge added saying I returned it on empty, which was not true; plus a fuel charge for 17 gallons they said I owed. The manager, Justin, was very defensive when I showed him the bill, saying how could he believe me that the charges were incorrect? Excuse me! Very poor customer service from Justin. Given the experience about missing/unavailable equiptment and truck loaders/movers I experienced moving to Tennessee, I would be hesitant to use U-Haul for anything other than a truck or boxes.

Eugene M.When I originally selected a U-Haul return location, U-Haul allowed the selection of a place that was out of business and looked like it had been for quite a while! The Kingston Pike location took my return at the last minute with a great attitude. I was so thankful for their help.
Wendelyn T.I was quotes $120. When I dropped off I was charges $170, my card has now been charged $170 but you still have a hold for an additional $120 on my account. There was also issues with the kind of card I was using and there was nothing stated on the website and no notification when I used it to reserve the u-haul the first time but you wanted an extra $70 deposit. I will not be renting a trailer from you again and I will not be recommending any of my friends use you either. This has been nothing but trouble since I started trying to book the original u-haul.

dennis P.Service was great picking it up. Had to get a different truck because of a broken side mirror that impeded safe travels. Second truck was filthy and had a lot of shaking during driving. The seat was so broken down it was hard to have good visual. You'd think $1/mile would give you a clean, safe ride at a minimum. Returning after hours was horrible! Took over an hour. The website did not pull up my rental to check it in. Could not get anyone on the phone. After waiting for what seemed like a very long time, was helped by the chat feature. I rent ALOT of trucks from Uhaul with 2 college kids moving often. This is the worst vehicle and check-in I've ever had. I usually go straight to Uhaul for my needs, but will probably consider other options next time.

They pulled my services and declined me an extra day after already gyping me out of my order. Now I am still getting random charges placed on my account. I am contacting my lawyer over this.

We reserved an appliance dolly and it was not available - we had to spend our gas money and an extra 90 minutes of time going out of our way to get the dolly (fueling time included....because there wasn't enough fuel in the truck to go anywhere but the gas station.)

You can't call store direct and customer service with UHaul takes HOURS to reach. Then disconnected. Finally talked to store and manager was going to call me back. 2 days later ....... Joke!!
Albert B.I was charged a $31 fuel fee because the girl who checked in my van did not check it in correctly. I returned to the facility and another employee went to the van with me and verified that the fuel was exactly at the level it should have been. I was refunded the fuel charge.
