The guys there are always the BEST!!! I love going there and I always will when I need to rent. I tell all my friends about them too. Keep up the great work, all of u-haul should be like this store if they are not.

Was told that they would adjust the hours of power available but then told they couldn't. Lot has lots of rough ruts from rain runoff.

When I rented my truck I dealt with identical twins at first (one named Issac). He was incredibly helpful despite their computer system going down and making it impossible for me to reserve a truck I badly needed. Their manager, Adam helped me the next day and was extremely polite, professional and helpful. THIS is the reason I have only used Uhaul for my moves/storage needs since I was 22 (I'm 49 now!). They treat me like a person, not just a number. When I was overheated moving my stuff into storage in 100+ degree heat they got me water and let me sit in front of their fan. I LOVE the employees because they treat me with respect! Thank you for hiring people that worry more about customer safety and satisfaction over cheap employees that just care about a pay check. It matters a lot to me that they care so much!

Adam,the manager is absolutely phenomenal! We were in a pickle with our rental and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us and put the customer first! I CANNOT THANK him enough for his generosity, and exceptional all around service and experience! Xavier and Isaiah were so polite friendly and helped me move my truck to storage and gave me directions and made sure where I was going. Seriously the BEST U-Haul!! Will always use them!

I said no to the maintained because I had an RV storage and I requested that they put down more gravel because my truck and trailer kept sinking due to the rain in the mud puddles back there and that is why I moved my RV I was told that it would be fixed. It was never fixed. I was told that eventually you were going to pave the storage area, but I don't have time for my truck to keep getting stuck so that's why I left had nothing to do with the management or the team. The Uhaul place was a very nice place. The manager was amazing. Very nice, but I'm sure out of his control of the lot being kept and y'all not caring to spend the money to fix the lot with the RVs are you can't have it soft mud . .

I was being over charged. I complained my auto draft went from 99 dollars to 213 without my consent. I was charged that for 6 months without my permission.

The reason we left is because of how dirty the facility is. Our RV is caked with dirt every time we pick it up. We just got tired of all the dirt and dust.

I stored my rv almost 2 year. They have raise the rate without any pre-notification during the storing duration. I never complained that but at last they called if I leave the space or move to more expensive patio because they are planning construction. They wanted me to decide it in a week. It was hard to find another place to store my rv. And after I found another place much cheaper, they never reimbursed the rest of payment which I already made automatically every 1st day of month. Terrible service.

Speed limit not adhered to by staff driving trucks around i.e. dangerous and raising lots of paving material dust.

Some of the staff needs training. They messed up my existing truck rental when they were booking storage.need to teain the staff well.

No security for months. Gate probably still not fixed. Everything is filthy dirty because of all the trucks going in and out. No wash bay. No dump station. Moved my rv got a larger space, dump station and wash area for same price. Best part is the gate works.

This is not a secure storage facility. Anyone can access the vehicles stored here. Gate to the RV storage area was left open 24 hours a day for months during construction and then broken for several months after that so that the area was open 24 hours a day for anyone to access. Our insurance adjuster told us that multiple catalytic converter theft claims were filed for vehicles stored in this facility in the past few months due to lack of security. RV area driveways were constantly washed out with huge potholes making it difficult to pull the rig through there. Staff is friendly and helpful, but facility is not good.

I was given 0200 lot for my RV storage, when I looked at the numbers there was no 0200 lot at all, after searching for 20 minutes,I had to call and wait for 20 minutes to get the help, finally when a person came to help it took another 20-25 minutes to find a lot. The lot I was given has standing water. and mud, I felt like I made a mistake to vacate the lot at other RV facility.

I would like to see boats and rv's in designated areas, rather than tenants who run their businesses out of storage facilities among rv's and boat storage areas. They are a nuisance due to number of their trucks and storage trailers and high volume daily activities. Also, I had to move my spot due to overcrowding of your cube containers, costing me a higher rental fee. .

Only used the storage for 4 days went up to the location to cancel service the employee said I didn’t need to sign anything a month later got a call about a past due balance call customer service told me to cancel it again but they did then another month later got a call from the storage unit at with the manager and that I had to pay and then he finally took care of the charges because it was ridiculous the manager was great everything else in the process with terrible.

Overall quality of the facility is high, and the price is reasonable relative to the local market. My storage rental (12x30 covered RV parking) was not as advertised. Specifically, it lacked electrical service of any kind. Local management was utterly unresponsive, and the national call center only made the situation worse (by taking my calls and doing essentially nothing). When I cancelled, the on-site rep was surprised, noting that no issues were noted on my record -- after I had contacted them in person, by E-mail, and by phone. I am now paying 32 % more to a competitor, but at least they have been responsive and factual in all my contacts with them. Mine was a very bad experience, one that will seriously erode the UHaul brand if it is allowed to continue.

Loved the location and the size that was available. Literally the best deal and all the amenities for under 200 for a covered unit. Only reason it's 3 stars is because the gravel washed away in many areas and was never fixed. Also we were given a remote to enter and it only worked for two months we were there. Went in to the office to get a new one. One time they told me there was an issue with the gate and canceled out all clickers. Went in a couple months later and they gave me a new one. That didn't work either. Other than those, it was a great place especially having propane on location.

Had parts stolen from my RV. 2 days later rent increased. Promised repairs to the gravel driveways were never completed. Second rent increase made my decision to leave. All of the new construction required me to completely re-wash my rv every time I used it.

It was impossible to reach the staff by phone. In addition, the uncovered storage lot was rife with insect pests and difficult to drive into because of potholes and gulleys. The price could have been more competetive for uncovered storage. At the time I needed it, this was literally all I could find.

When I 1st tried to store My RV, I called u-haul. I was told that the facility would be open till 7 but when I arrived it had closed it 5 and there were people inside who refuse to help me.. The storage spot was difficult to navigate because there was a mud hole in front of it that mighthat my tires sunk into at least 6". When I tried to take my RV out, somebody had put to Bree buddy had put debris and the barbecue in front of it that I had to move.. When I brought the 1st instance to the attention of the manager, she nodded oh yeah And said she already knew about the event and I had already been convicted in her mind. When I came back the next day to pay, and explain the situation, her response was for me to go to another storage facility. She would not apologize on behalf of u-haul. No, If I would send people to the worst storage place in the world before I'd send them to u-haul because they're one step below that

We were told about a 7pm closing time but upon arrival, it had closed at 5. Workers inside were not helpful despite the misinformation given to us. The next day, the GM did not apologize. She stood her ground. Never again will I use this facility.

I loved being there until the construction began so I had to move my motor coach out due to all the dust & commotion. I would like to be contacted when construction is finishing up & possibly get one of the prime new spots so please keep me on your list & I'll come back long term. It's very convenient for where I live.

This is the best U-haul I've ever been to. They answer the phone and if they place you on hold they get back to you quickly. The entire team is very friendly and will do everything they can to help you. During my experience I was helped by Jackie, Taylor the GM, and the Owner. Trickle down customer service definitely starts at the top at this location.

Security gate was not locked when we entered or left. When I checked out of my RV space online it was not recorded by Frisco facility. I received 2 nasty letters from them about non payment. I tried calling to rectify and also sent emails to U Haul. I finally was able to contact new facility manager by email and he quickly rectified my account. All in all it was a frustrating and time consuming mistake!

Even though the hours were convenient and there were no issues. I wish U-Haul had more outdoor trailer options when it relates to size and lower pricing. I was renting an outdoor uncovered space for a 6x10 trailer, but I had to rent a 10x30 space at $75 a month. Then to top it off I get an email saying come January 15th my rental space will increase to $84. At that point I knew it was time for me to find a different storage vendor with a lower cost. I 'm not sure why an outdoor uncovered trailer spot would increase, it's not like the spot was improved. So, since I found a storage vendor that is renting an outdoor parking space for much lower than what I paying I'm moving my trailer there.

Could not recommend to others more! We had an incredible experience storing our boat here! (Ended up selling the boat or would have continued storing here!) Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Getting in and out of this location is a nightmare. Rv parking entrance is east of the office. If you need to go back to the office, you have to u-turn on 380 twice. Gates never worked for me.
