Both the individual I interacted with when I picked up the van and Cassie when I returned it were very professional and courteous. Great customer service. I should have asked more about all the different buttons on the van and what they were.
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a U-HAUL facility and rental truck. The truck was old, damaged and in terrible condition. The check engine light came on. The employees were rude. I chose to use the mobile rental process as before. However the keys were not in truck and even the returning of truck was a problem! Rude staff plus they changed my rental and added extra pad rental which I did. Not request. I requested one package and was changed for 2. Not where rental pads inside truck. Ended up paying for pads I didn't use.
I really like having a place to leave good items that I dont want for someone else.
I think they tried to sneak some extra charge for gas on me. When I first got in the truck I'm pretty sure the gas gauge said 3/8 but I realize it was my fault for not looking at the contract right there...I checked it later and it said 5/8. I put gas in it before return and decided to put in more than 3/8 giving them the benefit of the doubt. I put in between 1/2 and 5/8, not a full 5/8, and it was 5.2 gallons. I only drove 35 miles meaning that if their contract was correct the truck would have gotten 6 miles per gallon or less and it was only a cargo van. That's impossible. So it had to be 3/8 when I started. Luckily the clerk didn't charge me a gas charge but if it would have been someone else maybe they would have got stuck with more fees. UHaul likes to slip in fees where people don't notice it which is easy to do when receipts are emailed and you don't check your email when you're out doing a job. As it was, I didn't need to put 5.2 gallons in so it did cost me some extra money at the pump. Next time I will check it first or take a picture of it with my phone to prove it.

The confirmed online reservation was cancelled on the day of pick up. Later the customer care person called and directed me to pick the truck 50 miles away from the place I stay. While I was on the way and near to the pick up place, the customer care person called and redirected again to 40 miles away place. I had worst experience with the your service for the confirmed u-haul pick up because of waiting my time and creating a panic environment.

Have the employee walk you out to which truck you will be using, show you how to operate, and help you load any rented equipment in the truck.
Great convenient place. Organized, competent, professional staff and located in safe location. Grounds are spacious. The only complaint is the storage isles are extremely tight (narrow) making it difficult to maneuver large furniture such as sofas.
Great staff working very helpful and polite handled all my needs and was very friendly will use this location again and will tell family and friends to use this location
Everything was great
When a person call to reserve a truck at one location let them keep it and don't give it to anyone else. I reserved a truck at a location and they gave it away and I had to go several miles to get a truck and pay .99 cent per mile. That's not fair when the other location was was a couple of blocks from where I was moving from. I was charged a lot of money for miles

Trailer had not been swept out by/after last customer and had a significant amount of dirt and small trash.
Pictures of truck weren't updated and you get an email with pics of all sides of truck for you to look at and agree with before you drive away when you pick up truck. We had to take all new pics of truck from many different angles to make sure all the small dents and scratches were accounted for before we left.
The experience was awesome. Uhaul accommodated on very short notice. The employees greeted me and took care of me in a timely manner.
Very pleased with my experience. I was particularly impressed by courteousness of the staff members during pick up and return. I will definitely use this location in the future.
I wanted, but didn't get, a 17' truck. However... This Uhaul center on highway 80 in pearl/Brandon is super nice, clean and employs wonderful staff! I rented for 3 days because that's all the 1-800 number would let me rent for. So when it was up, I rented again for 3 more days. Perfect!
Candice was worried about were Danika and Amber were. She said they always disappear (from work). Danika was mean and so blunt. Amber was just plain ugly, and rude. She doesn’t have any customer service skills. Her mask wasn’t even on her face properly. She walks away from her customer when she’s suppose to be showing them their unit. (Like you know were it’s located already)!

Whoever's marking the mileage and the gas gauge is doing it wrong. They're writing down one thing when the gas gauge and odometer are showing otherwise and then they try to charge you for their mistake. Poor people skills and definitely will not be recommending them to ANYONE.
Great location, but the pricing is very high!!
If a customer books a reservation several days in advance, they should be able to receive the vehicle requested. A 15' box truck and a 26' are very different, especially in the middle of a rain storm. Will not return to this store for another rental.

The only issue was that they had put the pick-up location at Morton, MS instead of the Pearl location. Luckily when we arrived at the Pearl location after flying in from OKC, the agent had just had a truck returned which was the size we needed and she was able to transfer our contract to the location we had requested in the original contract. This worked out great since we were on a tight time schedule. When the agent called the office in Morton, MS they claimed they had tried to call me that morning but I did not have a missed call from them.

My credit card information was stolen almost immediately after I used my card here. I used a card that I have not used in months. This and a previous UHaul location earlier that day are the only places I have used this card in months.

Really enjoyed storing my RV at this facility. It had everything I needed and wanted. To bad you changed your business plan and eliminated this type of storage. I could also used more notice before I had to move.

Will never use again was charged $45 when first arrived. After dropped off they charged an additional $50 they added mileage i did not drive. I drove a total of 19 miles and they wrote down i drove 64 miles. It's a scam and even worse that people are adding this. I was never given paper before stating what they had written down for the mileage i was only able to see it 30 minutes on email after dropping off. I want my money refunded ASAP

The whole process was upsetting and frustrating. I rented a U-Haul from a location about 2 miles from my house. We were moving literally a mile down the road from our old house. I spoke with the girl at the other location several times about getting the truck and the process since I was picking it up on a Sunday. Well, at 6:30 Saturday night, I get an email that says the location has changed and I have to pick it up at a location about 30 miles from where I live. SO, not only did I have to add miles to my trip ONLY to drive to this store far away, I also had to return it there AND keep it extra days because I knew I could not return it there on time. The lady at the location was very nice and did her best to help me by getting me a lower mileage rate and truck rate, but it was still very annoying and very inconvenient at an already very stressful time. I will think again the next time I need to use or rent a U-Haul.

I was very impressed with the employee who checked me out at pick up. She not only installed a hitch for another customer, she got us both checked out at the same time!! Though I knew the other customer was there it was as if I were the only one. Great job!!!
Always so convenient to access. Clean and well kept facility. Enjoyed being able to come and go and staying safe while doing so.
No problems until I moved out. I swept and left the door open. Then got an email several days later telling me that rent was past due and they are going to lock my unit and keep my belongings. That was funny since my unit was completely cleaned out and swept with door left open.
The mobile app needs SERIOUS work when the customer needs to change the reservation schedule. When the customer pays for 5 hours and wants to edit I lost 1 hour and could not edit. Also I paid for moving help and NO WHERE could I find the code to pay my movers!!! It's not on the app??? WHY NOT.
There were issues with getting the 4 Boxes to the final destination. I was told there were computer issues. I did not understand why there was a different number generated for every action taken for the same shipment. All ended well. Not sure I would recommend the UBoxes if this was typical of transportation.

Poor customer service. Long waits not enough staffing when there is a line. Rude general manager stood over me as if I was going to steal something. Kicked me out of my space because a little aftersray from an spray can got on another trailer. I simply worked it out with the other customer and the issue was resolved. Instead she kicked me out to the curb

I cleaned up the floor with my own broom. Someone had raked a pile of trash in the isle and it stayed there until I cleaned it up. Great building, good place to put something you need dry and out of the weather. I would use again if needed.

I was in the aftermath of the death of a loved one when I rented a unit at this location. I could not have asked for more kindness and understanding from the staff and the facility is outstanding.
Could not get a receipt at checkout. Was told I would get a email but did not. The only email I received was showing I had missed a payment and was charged $15.00 late fee. Poor system/need receipt!

The unit was dirty (rat droppings, rodent trap and oil/fluid on floor). Was not cleaned before unit was rented out so I’ve paid for a unit and not able to store anything until Monday.

The facilities were well-maintained and clean. However, this U-Haul DOES NOT honor reservations nor do they follow-through with things requested via phone. I do not recommend this location.
Eric Shirley should be removed from the company. He is robbing Uhaul. He will offer to take cash payments and not put a lock on your storage. He offered it to my boyfriend and I told him not to do it.

I made a reservation that they could not find when I arrived. They did work it out so that I could get the truck and get moved.
First unit was already taken. Spent several hours on hold. After that was resolved I didn't get the 24hr access which was requested. This resulted in an extra days charge on my truck rental.
