Had to do a round trip instead of a one way but they gave me a great deal and the trailer was perfect for the job. Will come back when I need a truck or trailer

I would like to thank Ashley who went beyond her responsibilities and picked up our box to return to U-Haul the same day as dropped off, even though this is not standard policy. Much thank you as our apt did not allow keeping the empty pod over night.

Peggy TWhen I made the appointment the lady said the installation rate is higher because it's a third party hitch, but the estimate is high based on not knowing how long it would take. If it took less time, the rate would be based off the hourly rate. I went in and asked the manager the same question and he said he'd have to ask the installer but it should be "about that price". Well they charged me 1,65 hours for 20 minutes of work at the full rate and had to "check company policy" about reimbursing. I knew I was paying a premium to do the install but I needed it done because I didn't have a lift and all the tools. Either way, go somewhere else.
THANH VI rented a cargo van for $19,99 with all the required add on it ended up costing me $97 I guess not only has everything gone up so did the u-haul rentals 🤨🤨🤨

Lai SI only have one complaint. I was to return it full, and if not, I would be charged $5,5 a gallon. I filled it up myself and it took 4,06 gallons, at $4,16 a gallon. I only drove the van a total of 12 miles. I don't think your van gets 3 miles per gallon. I don't know if I can be reimbursed for at least for some of what I had to pay.
ERICK PCharged for gas after already putting in enough gas to exceed the level it was when picked-up. This is dishonest.

When we arrived at our location we found out our reservation had been changed without our knowledge and our drop off for truck and trailer was on Thursday. Cutting our time with the equipment by two days. Did I just pay for a weeks worth of reservation to get cut by two days but there was no refund? Pissed again at the lack of communication from U-Haul.

Jaryd PWe rented blankets to protect a pool table that has been in my family for 60 years and is even older than that. The blankets were not fully dry and a couple were pretty wet. I could only use a couple of them and even with only an hour drive, the table was wet when we got to our destination.

The procedures for checking in first before using door code was never given to me until I could not open door one day. Zero communication between office and customers. Raised prices every month. We were supposed to have one large room and it was unavailable due to someone not moving out on time. So then we get transferred to two smaller rooms across the storage facility from each other. The second room that was "vacant" was still full of someone else's garbage so then we were transferred again to a third unit. All the while, our whole unload crew is following the worker around the facility trying to figure out which room we are actually unloading into. We were supposed to get our first month free for our one room... now we are left paying much more next month for two rooms when we were only supposed to have one in the first place. Terrible organization and keeping track of which rooms were vacant/in use. We made our reservation a month ago so it wasn't even last-minute. We would have chosen another storage facility if we knew about what a hassle this one would be. I will not be recommending :(

Even after I had filled out the paperwork you still did not change the information. I had no way to speak with you guys since my husband who should have been taken off was still as the first person to contact. I paid with MY credit card and even when I told you NOT to use my credit card you Still DID.I had become homeless with this pandemic and had no way to contact you and then after many attempts you sold my stuff. I appreciate having to go above your head to get things done but I dont see why I had to in the first place. My mother in law was put in the hospital and you had no sympathy for the fact I was 300 miles from you and HAD NO WAY to come to you. I had you contact my sister after I told you not to.... I had no way to do anything and I am very happy I have nothing to do with your company. In the future I will NOT use and will not recommend UHAUL for anything.

When originally reserving the units I was able to speak directly to the location all other calls went directly to the call centers which had EXTREMELY long wait times. Luckily on our first trip I grabbed the managers business card and was able to get assistance via email to her. Your APP for reservations and payment is really good

The next day, I physically went to rent (Sun) at 430 pm... lose at 5. I was told bluntly, without even trying to listen, we cannot rent in the last hour. Told to do online. Explained I already had. I tried again. This time it asked for a alternate number and no matter what I entered, with hyphen or withou...several different numbers, it would not advance and finalize. It did accept the money. THEN after 3 attempts to call and get help (again, point blank, i cannot help...referred to same numer and menu)...waiting again. 3 person really heard me and tried to help...then suddenly disconnected. Had to wait till next day to sign up and unload. Had to miss work.
