They need to better inform customers about the email with the truck inspection. I did not know about it and due to the wrong amount marked for how full the gas tank was, (I went 16 miles and had to buy 5+ gallons of gas to bring it up to the starting amount they said in it) It use to be that the staff would get the vehicle for you and double check all of this. now they do not. I only had a hair over 3/4 tank, but the contract said I should have had 15/16.SUSANNA M.
The tow trailer was damaged and shouldn't have been in use. When we backed up our car at the Uhaul site in Spokane Valley, the damaged piece caught on our front bumper and dislodged it and did $1500 damage. We are waiting for Uhaul to cover the costs.NORINE WEST P.

I was overcharged an extra day despite dropping off trailer early. My initial reservation was moved from Silverton to Salem (over 30 miles away) without any warning or advance notice. Showed up to preferrred location on reservation and was told to drive to Salem on the day of pickup.Matthew B.

I located my truck while checking in online (using my phone), but as I approached the assigned truck it drove away...off the lot and down the street. So, I went inside and stood in line for over 20 minutes. I told the gentleman behind the counter what had happened and he made no comment about it. However, he did provide me with another truck. The entire process put me behind schedule.michael F.
Drove 41 miles. Put in close to 6 gallons of gas a quarter mile from drop off. I was told the truck got 8 miles to the gallon. The gas easily covered the mileage. I was still charged for 9 additional gallons of gas upon drop off. Make that make sense.EVAN K.

Employee Eli Anderson was extremely unprofessional, his mother the location manager had to take over and fish the check in process with and extreme rude attitude. When we went to get the uhaul that we reserved online they couldn't find the keys to it. So then they gave us a different one. That's fine. Then when my boyfriend went to get into that uhaul, the original one we were supposed to get was blocking the one we were taking at this time. So he couldn't get that uhaul out because there was no key to the parked behind him. We had it for 24 hours. 10am to 10am. Well by the time we were able to leave the uhaul location with a uhaul it was 11. We returned the uhaul at 10:30am the next day.. after all the inconvenience they charged us for another dayâ€¦ Very disappointing.MILO RONALD B.

Second time in a row that after picking up a truck, a warning light came on the dashboard of the truck. This time it was a brake warning.
