Love these guys at location in Copperas Cove Texas near Walmart, they are super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to everyone, will be using them again and will definitely recommend this location to everyone 😊👍🏼

Equipment was clean but not maintained. The battery died on me twice. I had to call roadside assistance which took away time from me moving.

Moving out was as easy as moving in and the facility was top notch! The staff treated me well as a customer should be. Dee helped me with the final details, which included a truck, and was exceptionally efficient in providing the best customer care I have experienced in a long time! Your team is great. The city screwed you by putting in that concrete median. Hard to do online, but warning people who may not be used to trucks and trailers that entry from the south requires a u turn might be helpful.

I waited on hold for 30 minutes because there was an E Alert on me in the U Haul system. I am 40 years old, I am a veteran, I have an excellent credit score, a clean driving record, and I pay my bills. Your people made me feel like I was an irresponsible teenager or some sort of good-for-nohjing with your E Alert and poor customer service. Once the operator finally took me off hold and talked to me (after the 30 minute wait) he told me that I was good because some imaginary balance I owed had already been paid. Of course I paid my bill, and how dare your company accuse me otherwise. I lost precious time on what was supposed to be a happy day, the day I signed for my first home buy. It is now tarred by a poor experience with U Haul. I will plan with Penske from now on, you have received the last dollar you will ever get from me.

CLEARLY notify your customers that if they don't show up within 5-10 minutes of the start of the reservation this location will cancel it, even if it's not busy that day. I arrived within the hour to pick up and was told my reservation was cancelled, then the worker didn't offer any remedy just said it was cancelled. I had to ask if it was still available or if I could even get a rental. It appears that this location cares more about delivering their own "justice" for people arriving "late" than helping make sure customers are leaving with a product. If you want a stress free U-Haul experience pick a different location.

Online when you make a reservation it says reservation guaranteed. My reservation was NOT guaranteed. I was called by an associate in the store to notify me they didn't have my truck saying online overbooked them and they had to change my reservation from 4:30 to 6:15. I ended up having to delay leaving town. Also I reminded the associate that I'm supposed to get $50 because my reservation wasn't guaranteed. I was not given the $50. The associate said they not authorized to do it. I've been trying to reach a manger and haven't been able to speak to anyone.

I have never been to a storage facility that was so organized. They also kept all of their trucks clean and well-maintained. It was also very nice to get a truck that was filled up with gas so that I would not have to go and fill it up as soon as I left the facility.

The staff at this location were BY FAR the friendliest and most helpful UHaul staff I've ever encountered (I've used UHaul A LOT)! Customer Service is obviously very important in Copperas Cove! :-)

When charging a customer for a rental extension. Make sure you're able to reflect that on the receipt. I had paid around $120 for two days, and your system wanted me to pay another $30 on top of that when I returned it. Which is completely stupid because you guys OWE ME money, but you wanted another $30? What the hell is that shit about lol

Everything was good with our experience until yesterday! when we moved out. One of the employees came to my husband while we were moving out of our unit and accused him of almost hitting one of the employees! I was watching from the car behind him and that was NOT a true statement. I'm sure there is video at the gate, please watch. 12/21/22 at 10:30-11:30 am CST red Ford escape Washington plates and my car behind him VW GLI. I'm just disappointed that everything ended that way. We are a military family and have never had a move out experience like that before. It was disappointing.

They have a very easy on-line check in process. Once I gave them the necessary information, a text was sent to me with the codes, a map, and all other pertinent information. Highly recommend their services. As a bonus because I rented a trailer, the first month's storage is free.

Almost always, I've found U-Haul to be the best. Best in truck rentals, storage, and supplies. In the last twenty years, I've moved 14 times in three states. This is my fifteenth move and maybe twice I've not received good service. So, I'll stay with U-Haul.

The U- Haul storage person (Nikki) was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist my 'checking in' for me controlled climate unit. She made sure that cold water was available to us as it was very hot outside and we came from WI (not that hot there.) The fellow where I turned-in my truck and auto transport was AWESOME!!!!!!! He helped my to park the trailer (back it in) when I was unable to do it. With his assistance I backed the trailer in & park it. These two U-Haul locations in Copperas Cove, TX are kept clean are deserve a 'Job well done' from their district manager and/or Corp headquarters.

It was a great place to store all of my belongings. I just didn't like that fact that I was a committed and faithful customer and they raised my bill more than once, it got to expensive to maintain on top of the other bills I had. Nikki and the other young lady(I'm sorry I forgot her name!) were EXTREMELY helpful. I've had some rough experiences with storing my trailer in the past and I HAVE TO HAVE 24 hour access because I'm a musician and I play shows into the late hours so sometimes I'm exhausted coming home at 3-4a.m. The facility was well maintained and the employees really seemed to enjoy what they do. They were careful, friendly, attentive, and made the process very easy. I was also impressed by the features of the facility. The last company I used had a 10 digit code and the pad was really low so it was difficult in my lifted truck especially in poor weather. But at uhaul I have a remote and a card to swipe! SO CONVENIENT!! I'm a happy customer and I would gladly refer anyone I know needing storage to this location.
