I personally wish my storage area had way more lights and cameras due to the location I'm new to Beaumont and the location is not good at night for anyone because of. The seclusion and darkness. Also uhaul needs to prorate the usage is everything BECAUSE IF YOU GO OCER MILEAGE OR PAY STORAGES LATE OR DON'T PUT ENOUGH GAS THE CUSTOMERS ARE CHARGED EVER SINGLE LITTLE THING. I CLEARED AND CLEANES NY UNIT ON TGE 15TH OF THIS MONTH SO WHY NOT GIVE ME HALF MY MONTHLY PAYMENT BACK? THAT'S LIKE STEALING MONEY FROM ME. IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR USAGE WHY NOT RETURN WHATS NOT USED?

Dennis R | Premières impressionsThis was my first experience renting a storage unit. After moving all day and driving 3-hours, I arrived at the storage unit. I entered my code, the door opened and the moment I walked into the facility, the alarm began going off. It caused me to have to extend my rental on the trailer and we decided to go with Life Storage instead. I never want to have that experience again. Had the police arrived when the alarms went off, I would have been shot or killed for no reason. Terrible experience!

My storage was moved to a smaller until so therefore I wasn't able to find my things at all . All of my things weren't able to fit in there so, I had a pod that was sent all the way to Louisiana. I believe the storage should've been free after the fire. I received about 3 months free.I had to move some of my things to a friends house because of the climate because without electricity there was no climate control. When I moved out my boxes and crates were full of fiberglass . I can go on and on but, I wasn't satisfied at all.
brenda J | Expérience généraleUHaul allowed me to book a unit at the 7910 Eastex location online. When I arrived at the location, this address was temporarily closed due to a recent fire. I feel like UHaul.com should have this location blocked for booking. Luckily I was able to book a unit at the 8161 Eastex Frwy location. They were very accommodating at this location and the employees more than made up for the confusion and hassle caused by the original location being closed

johny m | Premières impressionsI was told I was not in the system after I have been paying on my storage unit for six months I had a large storage unit and I end up moving into a small storage unit and they forgot to change my access code so I was not able to get into my small storage unit

I was not happy and when I asked the CSR he just blamed someone else and did not care as he did not have anything to do with it. ZERO OWNERSHIP of the issue. I did not even get a simple we are sorry or I am sorry we should let you know. I was about to call the police because I could not see my trailer where I left it. Very frustrated, I move my trailer to a different storage facility within the U-Haul System.

willie b | Expérience généraleI've never under any circumstances received customer service that was this unprofessional Manager included especially after he was told I was almost 800 miles away he wants me to wait 3 days before someone could come remove a lock they (Uhaul) should have had the keys too! Truck dirty and empty and then when I got back there to tell him the cide didn't work 10 minutes prior doors already lock then Im shown howcto keep doof open until I'm finished loading my things because their too lazy to do their job effectively! If I didn't have two young men with me Id of not felt safe then with a PANDEMIC you givevme a filthy truck! I wish I'd of had more time I woild have definitely gotten a rental elsewhere! Price to move from one city to another in same state was ridiculous!
Wanda S | Expérience généraleI didn't know I was parking my boat in a wet grassy lot with a bunch of junk cars. I thought I was putting it in a storage garage. Also, my brother is Michael Rountree, he did not rent this storage, I did. He had nothing to do with it, so why did his name come up as the renter? The guy at the uhaul place was less than helpful when I asked for an easy location. He said, personally, I've never been there, so I couldn't tell you what it's like.

Francis R | Expérience généraleMy Trailer I stored at your location was a constant problem with the remote gate. First my pin didn't work, then the card didn't work then the remote they gave didn't work. Need a new gate system.
scott b | Expérience généraleNot climate controlled, which is what I paid for! My items were molded and mildewed! I had to make an insurance claim for damages! There is a ceiling tile missing from my unit. A020. Lets in moisture.
