There were no lights inside the storage unit and the unit where I was located was not very lit either it doesn't feel safe and secure when you have to go to a storage unit without a more lighting you all should really consider having more lighting other than that it was a good experience but the safety part due to lack of lighting is a big issue for me personally

Lenora Norman | Premières impressionsWe had quite a few items ruined because of significant water damage. The door was really hard to open because the slider on the lock needed repair, you could tell it had been bad for a while and a lot of people had banged it to get it open making it worse.

The online reservation is misleading and not a reservation at all. We arrived and were told that we did not have a unit. I showed the paperwork were it was reserved. He stated that it only meant that if there is a vacancy on arrival and if not we are placed on a list, but they stay full so the list is never used. That is not a reservation! We had to get a unit at another location and we had only that day to move our things into storage. Luckily it worked out. Your web site should say first come first served using the word reservation is false. The free lock that came with the unit was nice.

I find U-Haul, to be a very good service and I will always recommend U-Haul, to anyone that needs this type of service. ..
franklyn jackson | Expérience généraleThe facility door was so rusted I couldn't open it. The instructions to get out were unclear and I had to sit on hold twice to talk to someone to even get out. I had to call back twice to get a unit that would even open. It was the third one before it even opened. It was just inconvenient when we only had the uhaul for another hour. For $100 a month I expected a door that opened easily.

The main reason i would not recommend this location is because the other black lady with dreads acts like you as a customer are an inconvenience to her. I have been in there multiple times and she always has the same attitude. I get that we all have bad days but every time I go in she has the same pessimistic attitude . I don't think customer service is for her.

Drove across the state and was told they didn't have a unit for me because the reservation doesn't actually hold anything. It's first come first serve. The only thing they had for me was a more expensive, non climate controlled unit, at a different location. I was not happy about this after moving all day.

linda suggs | Premières impressionsGarbage all over outside other units. A Mercedes vehicle was parked inside the gate making it near impossible to maneuver a 26 foot truck in those isles. Very very large recluse spiders are in the unit. I've also seen several outside other units. The check in process was very convenient though!
