I was incorrectly charged for gas that was never in the Uhaul. Check in for pickup was very difficult, and to top it off when bringing it back the lady was trying to give me additional charges. I was never advised of a fee for unfolded mats. Fortunately there was a nice gentleman working near check in that advised me that I could fold them myself. Horrible experience I will never use this location again.Roy D.

The dolly is not tied down properly. The little green tie broke while driving. I did not use the dolly but it got moved while in motion. Upgrade the tie down on the dolly.ALVIN M.

I was told that there was a significant charge for returning packing blankets unfolded. I did fold them all, but when I returned the truck the receiving location manager was very surprised that the blankets were folded. Not a big deal.MICHAEL B.
I made a reservation to pick up a car dolly as closest possible to the location where I was picking up a vehicle, which was more than three hours away. A half hour after getting on the road, I was contacted by the U-Haul location where I was set to pick up the dolly and was told they did not have a dolly there and I would have to drive even farther out of my way to pick up the dolly at a different location. They failed to tell me that the new location would be closed by the time I got there. So once this was discovered, I spent the next 30 minutes calling around the city trying to find a tow dolly, which was unsuccessful. I ended up going to a fourth U-Haul location and renting a car trailer. The individuals at the first location were rude. I don't care to continue on writing about my awful experience on here. I reserved a truck close to where we were moving to cut down on mileage. The pick up location was changed twice before the pick up day. On pick up day, the truck was not at my pickup location and I had to travel 15 minutes to the other side of town to pick up a truck in a location that I did not choose initially on purpose. In talking to other people that have used the service recently, this appears to be par for the course with UHaul recently. It's a poor customer experience and feels like it is being done on purpose so you can charge more. When I picked the truck up at the final location, the employees were fine and did their jobs as well as can be expected.ROBERT T.

Two young women met me when I pulled into their location wiith the tow dolly. They were adamant that they would not touch the dolly until our car was off. I kept telling them that I would drive the car off the dolly but I did not know how to remove the ratchet style tire straps. After about 20 minutes of this back and forth, one of these women realized she better get the straps off so I could remove my car. There was no such thing as service at this location.....the two women were rude, lazy, and did nothing to assist a customer. Would never use this location again!Stephen D.

I reserved a 6x12 utility trailer for Sunday morning. While waiting my turn I watched an employee drive up with a small utility trailer drop it off then go and hook up to the only 6x12 and leave with it. So when I got to the counter I was told there were no 6x12 trailers available. Not sure how it works with employees using the trailers but if there is only one trailer on the lot they should check and see if it's reserved.The lady at the counter did find that a 6x12 was over due and called to get them to bring it in. So I had to wait. He brought it in but wanted to extend for one more day. He could not because I had it reserved, so he had to find another trailer somewhere else. So a lot of trouble and frustrated customers could have been avoided if the employee had checked first on taking the trailer.JAMES R.

I completed a mobile checking and still had to spend time at checking out. The computer was running slow once I was being serviced. I made it there on time but had to wait 40 minutes to leave and 30 plus minutes to make a return.CARLOS D.
