The storage unit I rented was just an old box from a truck which was parked behind 2 concrete barriers. This made it inconvenient to pull a truck/trailer up to the unit and impossible unload/load straight into the unit/truck. Also, whoever came up with the bright idea of having a store lock in addition to the renter's secure discus lock, let me wring your neck. How is it that I can't access MY unit that I am renting outside of business hours? I have to go into the store to have an employee unlock my unit for me? Good business practice, uhaul. Great. Make it more inconvenient. Make them combo locks that the old man will never remember the code. I will never rent from this storage facility again and neither will my family or friends. I won't b*** and complain without providing some ways to improve. The staff were courteous and helpful. But the practice and policies from uhaul corporate that hinder your good people have to change. Don't put a double lock on the unit and get your people some real dang facilities.
Everything went smooth . Always make sure u have reservations this place seems very busy
We live in Klamath Falls and have used the U-Haul numerous times. We are always well taken care of. The office staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. I will always recommend their service
I was in a bind, I was way behind and I was willin to make a deal. U'Haul did a great job of helping us. We were in a jam and they got us a storage unit. Took excellent care of us. Thank you.

I didn't notice any lights for the outside storage area and it's a bit dirty. This location isn't open with evening hours (closes at 7pm).

If it was not for Ben at this location I would never even consider renting or purchasing a thing from U-Haul ever again in my life. Corporate is terrible and don’t care about customer safety
I had issues with payments received and documented. I actually paid twice for transport to Virginia and was never reimbursed despite documentation on my part. Emails were never returned.
Very nice customer service people. Returning truck was a breeze. In and out in 5 minutes.
