Upon pick up my windshield was covered with sap. Upon return I made a comment about this truck being a gas guzzler. The attendant asked if I had the tow/haul feature released and I told her I was not aware of this. She showed me how to do it and said she usually tell renters about this but was busy when I picked up the vehicle. I will not use this location again and may just switch rental companies.

U-Haul Storage of Loveland was great to work with. I booked our 15 foot truck online and requested a 7:30 am pickup time. When we arrived at pickup time, it had snowed in Loveland overnight and we received several inches of snow. Darlene had already moved a truck around to the front, got all the snow removed, and had it warming up for us! The entire experience was great.

Darlene was very organized and detailed about the rental unit. She was prepared for our arrival and the storage unit was clean when we got there. Park in the lot next to the office when checking-in due to limited parking outside the gate. I had a 26' truck to unload and the last 2 rows are wider for getting in and out of. Great service.

The van we had was a bit tough to steer. It was sloppy and loose and would veer off to one side. My husband is a mechanic and said it felt Luke tie rods or ball joints need to be replaced. Fortunately we didn't have to drive far and were in town. Otherwise, great experience.

I felt more comfortable with my drop off experience than my pick up. The woman was very nice and helpful and I had absolutely no issues with her or the facility. Uhaul was not upfront with the maximum mileage I could drive this truck and I had to pay extra fees for the extra mileage. The mileage given to me was not even the mileage it took to drive from pick up to drop off. If uhaul is going to give a maximum mileage one could drive, they need to take into account the length of the overall drive plus a little extra. It is unacceptable that uhaul wouldn't do that. Based on how poor the experience was at pick up, I expect that Uhaul would make it right with me if they want to keep my business in the future. At a minimum, they should repay me the fees for the extra mileage.

I was never allowed to pick up my truck or pull dolly for my car. Told them I was a domestic violence victim and had to get my stuff out and go to my Mom's instead. The manager said he didn't care it was the busiest time of year and I wasn't taking his truck anywhere. I lost my car and everything I own as a result of his choice not to help me. Not only did you refuse to rent anything to me I was told later you charged me anyway so I am disgusted by you and your entire company. I'm safe but lost everything so put that in your reviews and I'm sure your mother is so proud of the man she raised.

Darlene, the Center Manager, is super professional, super organized, super responsible. I rented a truck from her center because she was the only local manager who took the trouble to answer the phone--instead of leaving me to be transferred to some faraway call center where the representatives know little about the area where I live and the needs of the people who rent equipment.

I was supposed to get a mobile pick up at the berthoud location. The lock box wouldn't work. I tried for one hour. Finally called customer service and they had to switch my truck location to the Loveland one. Only one customer parking spot, very tiny. When I returned my uhaul this older blonde lady was so rude. She wouldn't even look me in the eyes talking to me. She was very rude about me being a little late dropping it off, meanwhile i wasted one hour trying to get the uhaul in the beginning. I will never go back to this location.

The 24-hour self process (ap) for pick up/drop off was cumbersome and glitchy at times. Took forever to get the drivers license picture to be accepted, then the two person verification was ridiculous. All took way too much time.

I was satisfied with being able to enter and go during convenient hours. I didn't lock my storage unit correctly once, not realizing I put my lock on the wrong slot but Darlene had called me to let me know. It was nice to know the units were being monitored to ensure they're secured properly. The only thing I would suggest for U-Haul is to add mirrors at the end of each row to make it easier to see any oncoming cars when turning corners.

I rented this storage unit for about a year and a half. It was great and I would highly recommend this facility. The manager Darlene is awesome, friendly, and helpful. The facility is always clean and accessible. I had zero problems the whole time, and was very happy with the place and the people, and sad to leave it but I had to move out of state.

Bridget was AWESOME when I visited on Fri. 4-1 to empty my storage unit. She went above and beyond helping me access the narrow driving lane with the 26' rental truck I had. She even arranged some further help moving some of my items. A BIG thank you to Bridget. Darlene is also great, she was always warm and friendly and very helpful answering questions I had during my rental period. This location is in great hands!!

Only average from the standpoint the entrance /exit is the same and very tight as are the turn areas at each end. When driving a large truck with a trailer it is tricky getting around and even more so when you have others doing the same or having other rental Uhaul trucks sitting in the way.

Upon arriving to the storage facility at 4:10pm, after a 16 hour drive from Corpus Christi, Tx, the employee said "you know that we close at 5?" I proceeded to tell him "I have a reservation, do I have access after 5?" He said "yes, but it will be $5 extra." In addition, the storage unit door was jammed and could not be shut easily. It took some extra time and energy figuring out a way to make it work. Also, we were unable to leave our 12'x 6' uhaul trailer there due to lack of space.

I just got a small storage unit last minute and it fit all my stuff nicely and I only needed it for a month. I believe they keep Rodent traps in the storage units so that no critters try and get to your stuff. Since the storage unit is a monthly payment and I was in the storage unit for a month and one day they let me off the hook for the one extra day I was there which I appreciated. The staff is friendly and I recommend if you need a storage unit to go with uhaul.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The office manager, Darlene, (I'm assuming she was the manager) was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. Everything was good when I cleaned out the storage unit I did see mouse dropping so I'm hoping we didn't take any with us.
after being there for 6 1/2 years managers changed a lot and price went too
