The self-serve site kept rejecting the Mileage and said what I added was less than when I received the truck. After a few tries, I added a zero for the last number of the mileage and it finally accepted it. It was a pain to resolve late at night in a dark parking lot.DAVID N.

I was a customer who was referred to Longview by the Uhaul call center therefore I did not have an online account with a password. So at drop off at Lynnwood I had to use phone number and last name. It came up as if I was returning the trailer to Longview and couldn't proceed. Also it required me to turn in the only paper work I had for this rental. If you were going to required the rental agreement then I should have received two copies. I had to take pictures of mine.DOUGLAS L.

As technology gets more and more advanced on your vehicles , it would be nice to be told how things work in your vehicle rental. I was given the keys and that was it. There are people who are not that tech savvy. It was raining quite hard and I wasn't sure how to make things work. In the end I was able to accomplish what I set out to do.DUANE K.

The employee who checked out my vehicle to me was extremely rude and condescending. He behaved the same way with other customers as well. When he turned from them, he mumbled "idiots" under his breath. I would prefer to cut my right pinkie off rather than willingly deal with this employee again. You should ask your insurance or actuarial company about the driving safety risks of sending out customers with newly rented equipment after an employee has angered/aggravated them. You might be surprised. Clearly, this employee has anger management Issues. In the past, whenever I have had employees with these behavioral issues, I have tied their future raises and bonuses to a quarterly customer service and safety program to try and mitigate a repeat of this kind of behavior. You may want to look into this kind of solution for this employee as well. The employee who received the vehicle when I returned was kind and helpful. It's a shame that the first employee overshadowed my entire experience. I will not rent here again and in general, UHAUL will be my choice of last resort.ERIC L.

Just make sure that no matter where someone rent a U-Haul from they give the level of service that the store on Highway 99 in Lynnwood Washington did I think it's owned by Shane Wade he was super super helpful he is great.Juan A.

The manager was not easy to work with. When I called for an extension, he said the truck was booked out for the additional time period I needed it. Test before you call and say your complete. My car had NO BLINKERS when leaving uhaul, go back they fix it and the trailer hook up doesn't work. Wires pinched in my trunk, didn't put wires out of bottom of vehicle but out of the trunk. Problem still not soved now I need to waist another Saturday waiting for a second Uhaul to fix my car. DO NOT GET HITCH INSTALLED AT UHAUL.Kyle S.
