Travis and Trina were absolutely GREAT! They took the time to explain everything to me. They went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the whole process of renting a unit from them. Total wait time for uhaul storage to set me up with a space, AFTER already reserving one online, was 2 hours out in the hot sun with my family and dogs waiting in the car to unload our uhaul truck. Not the best situation either.

Called to try to see if someone could help and received no help. Called the after hours number and left a message and no reply. Had to make other arrangements for my furniture. I will say they did refund my money without a problem.
