My only issue was the code sent to verify my account took so long to come through that all my info had expired and I had to start again, but perhaps next time that will not be an issue. The automated pick up and drop off is very goodNick A.
I drove 5 miles for my roundtrip and was charged a 30 $fuel surcharge and charged 3 gallons of fuel costs for another 17 $. This Uhaul location cares only about maximizing fees and charges rather than caring about their customers. Their reputation has not changed at all over the years and it's sad that anyone has to do business with this organization.Frank E.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had rented 24 of the plastic boxes (better than buying boxes in my opinion) but could only take home 14/24 due to the size. I was able to get refunded and could pack up most of my one bedroom apartment into those 14 boxes plus Mirror/tv box and furniture wrapping. Only downside is some of the boxes still had the disinfectant inside and required me to wipe down the interior before use otherwise the boxes were pretty clean. When renting the truck, Uhaul recommended me a moving company to assist and that was a super helpful feature because the guys made moving so much easier. Picking up the Uhaul was a quick process, took less than 10 minutes. Staff were understanding when I used the Uhaul an extra hour and the drop off process was less than 5 minutes. Overall Uhaul made my move quick and fairly easy.Courtney B.

The online truck return BS didnt work. It is a real pain in the ass. Needs serious improvement. I tried everything several times following directions exactly. It didnt know my email or phone number or contract number. I gave up, put my keys in the box and went home.JEREMY C.

Maybe next time don't be so sexist against women. While taking time to walk out other customers clearly of the opposite sex to their truck and just giving me the key at the counter to find my own truck that was located behind other trucks that needed to be moved in order to get the truck I was given was highly unprofessional and when asked for help I was given a vague description of your truck is somewhere outside to the left. The customer service lied about the drop off time and charged me a late fee. I dropped off on Sunday at 4:30pm and they put it at 7:45pm despite the representative saying it was good to go.MICHAEL C.
Staff hussles to get the job done. 90 % are polite and friendly, and know the hauling business well. Less experienced staff may not be as knowledgeable but they are polite. Keep in mind that on the weekends, there are a lot of people coming in. Be there as early as possible and expect a bit of a wait after 9am.Aaron C.

I really hope that the 'low barrier homeless shelter' across 165th street will not interfere with your operation there in Shoreline. Pretty good experience overall. Moved 14 arbor vitae trees from Seattle to Kirkland and planted them all. Thanks .THOMAS K.
Hire more staff. One person handling a line of over four when I was there. Took 45 minutes to pick up the Truck. My truck was not ready at the original location (Kenmore) so I had to drive 30 more minutes to get to this location only to stand in line for another 45 minutes. Never again!Alan S.

The two people working there were outwardly rude as if us customers were inconveniencing them. When I dropped off the van I received a, â€œI saw you barreling in here. Employee performance/training needs attention and improvement. The pick up process was far from seamless. First, payment processing was down and the employees couldn't figure out what to do. Once that was finally resolved, the lights on the vehicle tow trailer weren't working. I had to come back later to pick it up with assurance it would be fixed. Came back a few hours later and it still wasn't fixed. After much head scratching, they finally figured out it was a blown fuse. I went inside to purchase a lock during the confusion and the employee didn't know how to process a cash payment. Overall, I wasn't impressed nor would I recommend this location. The amount of time spent there waiting was abnormal for a Uhaul visit.ASHLEY DAWN H.

Needed a truck for a quick job - reserved a pickup truck to be available in an hour - pickup was still out to another renter (late return) when I got there, so they gave me a van. Quick, easy and successful transaction!GERARD H.
I've rented two other U-Hauls in the past year and have had good experiences. However, this was my first time at this location. The interior of the van was dirty and had loose nails laying around in the back. The van's key fob wasn't working so I had to manually lock the van every time I left it (used the van for moving). Lastly, I borrowed two metal dollies, and one of them broke within the first few hours. I was moving normal boxes with it. Overall, it made my moving experience a bit more stressful, so I will choose another location in the future.JONATHAN KJELL B.
The hand truck I had requested was not on the van, which I only discovered once I reached the home. It was my fault for not double-checking before leaving the lot. The service rep was very friendly and professional, immediately took responsibility for forgetting to put the hand truck in the cargo van and refunded the price.Susan T.

Didn't have any of the equipment that was requested loaded in the truck (furniture pads, utility dolly, furniture dolly) at the time of pick up. After telling them about it, turned out that they didn't have a furniture dolly to rent, had to buy one. Fuel tip for next time. Be sure to get the contract that mentions how much fuel to put back into the truck based on the reading at the time of pick up. I did not get a paper contract and I didn't think to look online for one. Significantly overfilled the tank as a result :(BORIS B.

The rental "agent" should assist with adjustment of side mirrors since it is not automated, and the various quirks of the vehicle (how to unlock the steering wheel) which aren't covered in the manual.Selena C.
I was told that I could change my drop-off location when that is not the case. I was extremely annoyed that I had to drive to two different locations and deal with the consequences of someone else's mistake. I am very disappointed in my experience.Aiyana M.
I was overcharged by 140 $because they claimed I returned the truck late. They claimed I brought it back at 1:53 pm and charged me double rental fee and double insurance. I have a receipt from the Lyft driver showing he picked me up at their location at 12:04 pm. They also charged me for 29 miles when I only drove 6. And they charged me for 7,7 gallons of gas for driving only 6 miles total. I have a dispute going and am waiting to hear back. I will update my review when I see how they resolve my complaint.Laura S.

10' box Van's should include a ramp, or u should be advised the smaller Van's dont have a ramp. Express pickup was a joke I already checked in and waited 15minutes at Uhaul for a rep to hand me the keys.
