Please update your computer systems. The time I spent waiting to pay/or rent a truck, was a waste of my time and your staffs time.
There are giant water spots over my unit and a huge whole in the ceiling above it as well. The insulation from the whole is falling out and into my unit. I am very disappointed.
Very Clean and professional Andy even sanitizes the parking lot and wipes down the lights poles !

I was moving stuff out of my unit walking back and forth and my television and and two boxes of dvd’s We’re stolen as well as my Apple TV device. There was water damage to many of my items
4x13x8 unit. That means 8 foot high for a full 13 feet......wrong. About 6 feet into the unit, the ceiling starts sloping all the way to the floor. Holes in the wall also.
The store manager is rude! The storage unit was filthy, my belongings in the unit got destroyed due to an animal that got in the unit and they did not care.
I was quoted one price and paid another. The gate kept locking me out. Wasn't a good experience. I'll go someplace else for my storage needs next time.
