Huyphong N.I reserved a trailer at a non Uhaul location only to arrive at 7 am to find out they are closed on the weekend, that would have been nice for Uhaul to let me know when they called me to verify the reservation. So I was in a pinch. I needed a trailer. I reserved at this location and they were excellent! I was in and out in about 30 minutes! It was even quicker when I returned the trailer. I wish noted the employees names but everyone was excellent! I use Uhaul at least once a year if not more and I will definitely use this location again!

Hayden H.I initially reserved my uhaul from Lakehills Chevron. They said they don't have the truck available even though they confirmed tre reservation the day before. Horrible customer service. Customer service sent me to Renton location which was a lot nicer. I had to pay extra mileage and gas because I had to drive almost 30miles more. Uhaul should do better reimbursing its customer if they can't keep their reservation and promise.

I don't know if using the Uhaul app would have made a difference, but I didn't get any prompt or recommendation to try it when I was having difficulty.

Armando T.My selected truck size wasn't available due to a late return. I had to use a smaller truck and make multiple trips. The staff were accommodating despite this, and having dealt with an electrical fire in their office that morning. Bit of a mess but it all worked out in the end with some compromise.
Richard B.1) Uhaul needs to adapt or change return practices when there is stormy weather. I parked the return under a sun tarp which is approximately 20 feet above the road. The weather was hail blowing sideways at 20 plus miles per hour with ice rain. I ran inside and the attendant turned me around saying "...we process returns outside..." THAT PRACTICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN CERTAIN WEATHER CONDITIONS. 2) Clean the cab of the pickup. The cab smelled of terrible cigarette smoke and flatulence. The cab had dirt/debris to the extent one didn't want to put their jacket down. 3) Get the fuel tank setting at check out correct. The attendant marked the paper full or "F". When I got onto level ground a mile away the tank was less than 3/4 th's, more like 5/8 th's. Of all the things a Customer should not have to validate, the accuracy of the fuel within reason should not be one of them.
michael A.The worst moving experience to date. U-box was lost, padlock broken off, only a handful of furniture pads with goods arriving damaged. Have called customer service over 5x was supposed to receive a call from management by Thursday of last week and have yet to hear anything. I was told I would be refunded entirely for Uhaul's mistakes and have yet to see anything come through. Will be disputing.

Andrea D.Possibly the worst experience I've had with a company. Created a reservation for a 26' truck 10 days in advance for the Kent location. Waiting in line the morning of my reservation for 45 minutes for them to tell me that they did not have the 26' truck I reserved, as it broke down earlier that week (never called to let me know). There were no other trucks available for me to rent. They reserved a 20' truck for me at that time for the Renton location. As I was driving to Renton, they called to tell me that they had no available trucks. Andre (I think was his name) in Renton tried to help resolve my issue to a degree by saying he would have a 17' truck available for me at 4pm. When I showed up to Renton at 4, the new-ish male employee (had ponytail), told me he could not help because all reservations made in last 24-hours had been canceled. After another 45 minutes here I was granted a 17-ft truck. In the end, I received a smaller truck, wasn't able to pick it up until 9 hours after original reservation, was forced to drive to/from Renton (much farther of a drive since my move is in Black Diamond) and U-haul was attempting to charge me more money (due to the added millage of picking up/dropping off in Renton). In addition, this wasted a ton of my time, and completely ruined my move as all of my help was ready to go in the morning. I ultimately had to move everything by myself. Just an absolute terrible business model with even worse customer service. This is also the first time I've ever written a review (let alone a negative one), but the experience was really THAT BAD. I will not be paying for whatever U-Haul is attempting to charge me.

I required a truck and trailer at a local location, had to drive to Renton to get truck (this cost me most money to get the truck, wasted gas). and then had to drive to a second location to pick up the truck. interior was dirty( cup holder was gross).. I rented two bags of blankets (6 per bag) and when I opened the sealed bag, there was only 5 in each bag.. I was on a short time frame so I could not go back to get other bags.

Action A.A bit busy and appeared understaffed. We waited about 15 minutes to be helped. The UHaul representative who helped us, Adam Olsen, was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the office printers weren't working so I couldn't get print-outs of my receipts, and my receipt for a material purchase never reached my email address. Since this is for a business, it's unfortunate not to have that record for tax purposes.

Notified manager about leak in front and brushed it off saying was from lifting the door when there was a clear hole in the front seal and the door doesn't fully close. How can my stuff be wet and moldy from lifting the door when I haven't been to the unit in months? Are the employees opening the door? I would have stored my stuff longer but doesn't seem like U-Haul cares about paying customers personal belongings and obviously doesn't need my money so taking my business elsewhere.
