The truck had a lot of exterior damage the back bumper was smashed in I know it's a rental but I would atleast expect a truck with not as much damage. If I'm paying to rent a vehicle I atleast expect it to look decent

This happened every time, on multiple devices.I had to call to reserve the truck.Also when checking out the truck for damages, the website would not let me "continue" after uploading photos of damage. FIX YOUR APP AND WEB SITE.

Bertran CalcoteParking can be tight and difficult for those that are not good drivers. Other than the parking area and where the return area is set up, this is an excellent location.
MITCHELL GOREMy unit was at the farthest edge, and farthest back on the property. Not a problem itself, but access to my unit was blocked by another U-Haul truck that was out of service and left to sit on the back of the property--right in front of my unit. The person who showed me to the unit said he would check on getting the truck moved, but never came back. I was forced to navigate around the truck through mud and gravel in order to move items in.

My credit was used subway on Saturday the day she was taking photos of my card saying the system was down. The whole time talking to her friends about going to Starbucks. I will never use that location again. Poor communication and very unorganized.

The truck was turned in on the 22nd and I didn't receive a receipt until 12/3 and then it shows I didn't return it until the 24th (luckily they didn't charge my an additional). The person who was working that day was not friendly. I wouldn't return to this location unless I had to.

The reservation could not be found. Upon arrival I was told there were no units available. When I called in the morning no one answered the phone and the general UHaul phone answered said everything was ok to go. The manager and girl working there worked very hard to finally locate an available unit.

Notified manager about leak in front and brushed it off saying was from lifting the door when there was a clear hole in the front seal and the door doesn't fully close. How can my stuff be wet and moldy from lifting the door when I haven't been to the unit in months? Are the employees opening the door? I would have stored my stuff longer but doesn't seem like U-Haul cares about paying customers personal belongings and obviously doesn't need my money so taking my business elsewhere.
