I had multiple changes to my reservation and my return location was updated without my knowledge. I was then charged extra for "keeping the vehicle for an extra day" as well as over miles. This is simply not possible. I was under the 70 miles I was quoted even after having additional miles tacked onto my route to pick up and drop off the vehicle at a further location. I also picked up and dropped off the vehicle the same day and followed your after hours drop off instructions. The vehicle was poorly maintained (muffler was disconnected from the tail pipe), I had less than half a tank of gas (returned with over a half tank to be courteous to the next customer) and staff was more concerned with me dropping off the vehicle early and at a different location than my reservation. Moving is already stressful enough dealing with the disaster that was my experience with renting from U-Haul was not needed!MARIN H.

I gave an above average rating because I appreciated getting the trailer . I had wanted a covered one I couldn't find .. The Biggest thing is I approved a 45 dollar charge and I was charged 94 total . Very frustrating. I cleaned the trailer better than I received it and left it parked in a good place when I Returned the trailer. Not going to get a recommendation from me for that Uhaul . I use Uhaul all the time , but may question it next time without a proper credit back . Please reply and thank you for your attentionLOWELL EUGENE W.

I emailed already, but several employees either weren't wearing masks or didn't have their masks pulled up over their noses, etc. Furthermore direction on approvals, mileage, etc. was pretty minimal, causing me to have to stop and go back for more info. Van was parked in by another van. Sign still in window. Basically little effort but the mask thing was the real kicker.Jeddidiah O.

Ensure employees coming into the building are wearing masks. One was going in and out without a mask. He came in without a mask, but put one on that was stored behind the counter when up front. However, he was taking stuff in from a vehicle and had removed the mask. They also need to require customers to keep their masks on. I saw a customer last time take off their mask and nothing was said. Would not go back here due to these risks. Will try other vehicle rental companies in the future.julio N.

This location is busy and only the manager was available. She even admitted she needed to hire more people to every customer in the store at that moment. Then, the manager was going to charge us the first months rent in which I told her we would be getting one month free because that's what it reservation was supposed to include. Customer service even told my husband that this location has a unit available and the first month would be free. She then tells me, "I don't participate in that. Because I'm so small here, I don't participate in that." I went back to the car to tell my husband who was watching our 5 month old who was sleeping. He goes in to talk to her and began to tell her that we were told we would get one month free of storage and that her sign in the front even says one month free rent. The manager says that she has to put that on her sign which is FALSE ADVERTISING! Then the manager finally asked if we had a certificate. My husband grabs the certificate from the car and then the manager says we can get one month free. It is my fault I wasn't prepared with the certificate but also the manager could've asked me and I would've remembered and got it myself. Horrible experience.Kendra J. | Premières impressions
