This entire experience was terrible. I had to go to two different garages. First van had a dead battery. The second van was dirty and I had to pay for a lost ticket fee for the parking garage because the person before me did not follow proper procedure. This cost me valuable time when I didn't have any time to spare. This service is touted as quick and easy. This experience was neither. I would not rent from Uhaul again. Telling my friends and business partners to do the same.

There was no directions on how to unlock the car and it took us an hour and a half to get into the car. We finally got ahold of a representative after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes...

improve on the 24/7 truck share app (it was slow, gave wrong or unclear information) which bogged down customer service. it took me over 40 minutes to rectify and verify my truck rental reservation.

The van was supposed to be returned to the 5th floor. The 5th floor was cordoned off with barricades and caution tape. I called customer service to ask what I was supposed to do and waited over 30 min to talk to someone. She had to ask her manager and I had to wait again for another 30 min. Very frustrating. Not a fan, uhaul. Will not rent again.

Garage wouldn’t let us out until we paid the ticket of the last person that used the van. $34. Delayed by 30 minutes using van. Shut down this location.

5/5 stars for the help staff whom I called 3 times! * The truck didn't unlock immediately, and I thought something might be wrong. * The ignition key didn't work because I inserted it the wrong way around. * It's not obvious where to leave the keys when dropping off in this location.

I wasn’t able to return vehicle. Uhaul had it towed with my things still inside due to me having it too long. It was a Friday night when the tow truck came to take the uhaul. After speaking with customer service and the the tow truck driver, They said it was going to Bayshore. When I arrived at Bayshore just before closing they knew nothing of the vehicle being towed there therefore they didn’t couldn’t find any keys and didn’t even know if it was an a lot so they told me I had to come back the next day and when I left I looked around the yard and the vehicle was on the side of the building. I let the office workers know that it was on the side of the building when I arrive back to retrieve my items are still no key and the vehicle was unlocked and something I had on the dashboard was missing is gone was a blue light no big deal but still somebody stole it out of there and that was like the only thing they took. When I finished collecting my items out of the vehicle I went into the office and they still couldn’t check me out. No key for mileage and gas.
