Tire pressure light was on, Van was very late and I waited 2 hours before I could take off, customer service had very long wait times, directions to leave key were unclear.

Gas tank was empty. While driving on freeway tire pressure light came on. Stopped to inform UHaul of concern & ask for assistance. Customer representative told me to put air in tires. I am not a mechanic so did not do so since I did not know how much air tires needed. Nearest gas station wanted $10 to fill put in air. I left vehicle with more gas then when I picked up and request a refund for it of $26. I sent in the pictures of tire pressure and gas tank. Have not received a reply back. Your system was slow in processing my pix of license per customer representative.

The check-in process was VERY time-consuming, much longer than the 10-minute estimate. After I was let into the van - it was not clear that the vehicle was to be started remotely by Uhaul. When I called the Uhaul helpline they were very rude (and kept insisting I go into the Uhaul office even though I rented an off-site van. The checking in and out process is very clunky, not user friendly and time consuming.
