Horrible and stressful experience. I felt I was working for Uhaul instead of receiving service. I won’t use this in the future. I rather be helped by humans in real time.

The pricing is a bit of a "bait and switch", as the mileage (and CDW) add up quick. Consider doing an hourly rate rather than mileage. Or, bring down the mileage rate to one penny per mile. You're making so much off these vehicles already, and the "neighborhood" app based method - which I LOVE - ought to be cheaper, as well. Good luck!

Had to come here because the van that I reserved was moved here instead. If I reserve a van to be picked up at a specific location, it should be in that location.

the instructions to get into the vehicle were confusing, and I had to call 3 different people to get inside because "the vehicle wasn't set for pick-up access" or something along those lines. this delayed us an hour, and we were rushing to get the vehicle back to the drop off spot in time. the location and equipment themselves are fine, but the process for reserving and making use of the vehicle are not.
