Very confusing experience. Rental was fine, all charges as expected. However we only drove 69km but the cost of refueling to return the gauge to the same F position as at pickup was $54,69 (for almost 31 litres). That means the van was using a litre of fuel approximately every 2km. I pointed this impossibility out to the attendant at return, but they had no answer.Michael H.

Everything was fine. I had a really hard time because my phone didn't load fast enough but that is not uhaul issue. There was garbage in the vehicle from a previous rental ie. French fries, receipts, wrappers etc.Angela K.

Both windshield wiper blades were torn and not working. This would have been deadly in a rainstorm with no ability to clear the windshield. I needed the vehicle as scheduled and had no other option than to accept it as it was. Luckily it was not a rainy day.Graham B.
The person checking us in provided no assistance with...well, anything really. I walked in and mentioned we had a reservation, didn't ask for ID and handed us the key. I had to ask for basic information like, "Where's the vehicle parked?" I understand that this wasn't a typical UHaul location, but *some* level of customer service is to be expected even if it's just with a partner location. The van itself was filthy inside (especially up front) and there was garbage left in the back from the previous renter. Likely won't use a proxy location again.Carlton J.

I originally planned to pick up the van using mobile. However, after I arrived at the location, the UHaul website kept saying that GPS cannot confirm that I am at the location. I double-checked that the location service was turned on on my phone, but it still did not work. Eventually received assistance by staff. Other than that the experience was all good.HUICHUAN S.
The online phone app was glitchy for me as well as for the location's personnel + waited far too long for assistance by phone. Once assistance was reached, the support person (Achita?) Was very helpful and courteous.Reg B.
Drove 10 miles, put $5 gas in, got charged for 20 miles. Lady at location said call uhaul. Customer service representative said I got charged $15 for fuel. Truck uses $20 in gas for 10 miles with no idling? It makes no sense.BRIAN R.

The idea of mobile check in is great but it took almost 30 minutes waiting in the parking lot before I could get the keys. I tried your chat function, twice, to see what was taking so long but never received any response .Craig W.

This locations is a gas station. The staff were more focussed on helping gas station customers then helping U-Haul customers. I'm not too sure why I had to pick up the truck at a gas station when there is a U-Haul outlet less then 5 minutes away. Also when I ordered the van over the phone (the online ordering was down) I asked for an appliance dolly. When I picked up the van there was no dolly. I ended up going to the U-Haul outlet to pick one up. Total waste of time!Jason H.

The pick up was very complicated and the staff member seemed very confused. It took 35 minutes for me to finally receive the keys. I was not told anything about the truck (location of certain things, how to operate the ramp, information about gas, drop off expectations etc).Ana M.

Get rid of this location!! Not equipped to be a uhaul rep! I wasted an hour dealing with a van that was covered in ice/snow WHICH I HAD TO SCRAPE OFF. CARGO AREA WAS COVERED IN DIRT. This resulted in my possessions getting dirty! Luckily I did bring a drop sheet but it only covered a small area. After this experience l will never rent from U-haul again.Tom S.
