Doing business with Uncle Bob's U-Haul has always been excellent. Excellent service à la clientèle. Equipment is always available, clean and in good working condition. Their staff is always courteous, helpful, and cheery. Will use them again and again.

MARK MCCLOSKEYAlways verify mileage and gas gauge. Truck was noted as having half tank and only had 1/4 tank. This has happened twice now. Not sure if there is a way for uhaul reps to make a little extra on the side by specifying trucks having more fuel than actual.
chris kadelAfter going through the whole rental process, I was told that there was an eAlert on my account and that I would have to contact U-Haul. After spending a long time on hold and being shuffled from one department to another, I was told It was regarding an incident that I had already settled two months earlier. The agent DID resolve the issue and I WAS able to rent when I went back, but this was an embarrassing and frustrating waste of time. If I had been informed of the issue when I made my reservation online, this could all have been avoided.

Sara AsburyAfter loading about 1/3 of the truck, a trip to the storage facility, the check engine light came on. This delayed the loading but the mechanic said it was okay to take. He cleared the light but it came on half way to our destination. This could have been a big deal. The trip went on uneventful.
JAMES CARPENTERI was having troubles accessing and scheduling an auto transport trailer rental on the website. I used different browsers and my phone but eventually called directly. The hold time was a little long (~6 mins) however, the rest from scheduling to pickup to drop off was simple, effortless and contactless. Thanks for 75 years, U-Haul!

Reachell ClitsoEmployees that helped hook up the trailer were very friendly. Employee that does the check in process is extremely rude and overall unhelpful. The owner of this location is rude to his customers. The location has absolutely no after hours drop off are which makes is near impossible to return equipment when the business is not open. I hate dealing with this location but the are the only location on my town that has the equipment that I regularly rent. Very dissatisfied customer
