When i got there, it seems like they( the staff)have no idea that I booked/rented a truck.
MELCHOR VDisorganized and not a good location
Chris KUnfriendly representative, no courtesy to help the vehicle was buried in snow not ready to even clear or move the vehicle. Was rude and asked me to do the work its not their responsibility.
Nishanth KIf the booking agent is going to leave just before our arrival, a simple phone call or email would have been nice. Waiting an hour and a half to re do all the stuff over the phone.
