Seriously? Well, we arrived to pick up our truck at 7:30am as instructed to find no one at the location. After waiting for a half hour someone who apparently was an employee approached us and said that he just spoke to his boss and he would be there in 5-10 minutes. I made a comment about waiting and that we had movers we were paying 110 $per hour who were waiting for us and he said that his boss does this all the time. Then the moving blankets we reserved were not there so we ended up paying 260 $to purchase 2 dozen new blankets. What do you think you can improve???Brian R.

Greetings, It appears that there is some mistake in the billing of charges. Firstly, I had the vehicle for three days not four but I was charged for four days. Secondly, I was told at the time of rental, that the safe move was a one time charge not a daily charge. Thirdly, even though it's a minor charge, I don't understand why there is a safe trip charge if I exercise the safe trip option. I was led to believe that that was only charged in the absence of choosing the safe trip option. Please correct my billing accordingly and resend me an updated invoice. Thanks, BruceBruce B.

I was told this location was open until 7pm on Saturday and when i arrived at 5pm it was closed. I was uncomfortable with leaving an auto transport unsecured for check-in and doing a self check-in. It would be one thing if it had keys like a truck to put in the drop box. I am uncomfortable leaving an item unsecured like that could be easily stolen and then you try to hold the last renter responsible!kevin B.

Our pickup location was changed once by uhaul 2 days prior to our schedule pickup, which we had booked 1 month before. When we arrived to the new location, they did not have a vehicle for us and sent us to an another location for pick up. I requested that before sending us to this location they call to confirm the truck was available, but he assured me that it would be and did not call to confirm. When we arrived to the specified location, the vehicle was in use for the day and not ready, so they told us to come back in 3 hours. When we came back as instructed, the person who had been there previously, and who had said that he would be there until closing that night, was not there and the person left in charge was completely unprepared in handling the transaction. They were unable to get the keys out of the drop box from the prior user's drop off (this took 20 minutes), then she was using her personal phone to try to process the order. This took 1,5 hours. Photos of my license were taken on her personal phone, they did not have the actual order information nor was she familiar with the various products (types of insurance etc) and this led to her starting over a countless number of times. They did not enough moving blankets to supply what I had pre-ordered, either. The inside of the truck smelled strongly of cigarettes and the dash and cupholders were filthy and covered in spilled sticky liquid. I had no faith that the truck was adequately inspected for safety and issues after the last user had dropped it off. It was truly an incredible display of incompetence and enough to make me never use this company again.Claire N.
Truck was very dirty outside which we told them it was okay as they offered to wash it, but would have taken time from our rental time so we didn't care if it was dirty outside of the vehicle. Wished the inside would have been a bit cleaner it was really dirty as well. But we dealt with it. We only needed truck for a few short hours so we tolerated it.Cori T.
This location had absolutely terrible service and I am extremely disappointed by my experience with picking up the uhaul. I wanted a 20' truck, was downgraded to a 15' truck, and my pickup location was changed twice. When I arrived to pick up the truck at 8am as reserved, I encountered a man who did not work for uhaul, but rather a neighboring business, who said the owners asked him to tell us they would be late. The man told my husband an I we could wait inside, but I didn't want to because the couch was covered in dirt and there was a strong smell of cigarettes inside the building. After 15 minutes of waiting we asked the man to call the owners and ask them where they were to which they replied they were over an hour away. I called uhaul corporate, but they didn't help. Finally another man, from a regional office, called me on the phone after waiting about an hour and had me check out the rental over the phone. He tells me something along the lines of the owner having an emergency of some sort. The regional uhaul person asks to speak with the man who greeted us and instructed him how to give us the keys. At this point I have been waiting for and hour and fifteen minutes. Right as I am about to pull out of the lot, the uhaul owner arrives and comes to the truck. He apologized and proceeded to tell me that for the second time this week the girl they hired to come in the morning decided to sleep in instead of going to work. At this point I now know I was lied to about there being an emergency. So an hour and a half after I should have gotten the uhaul I was finally able to leave. The inside of the truck was also dirty and we had less than an 1/8 tank of gas when we left the lot. Overall very frustrating experience and I will be sure to tell everyone I know never to rent a truck at this location. Get rid of this location or the people who run it. My time is worth more than a 50 $credit.Sammie R.

My order got mixed up somehow. This was not my preferred location but was changed 2 days prior. Perhaps in the process, my furniture pads were not accounted for. We then had to call around for a while then go to another location to retrieve the pads, throwing off my tight moving schedule. I am not sure how or where that got dropped. The manager was very friendly and helpful.Alexander G.
I hope I never have to rent a trailer again. What a joke. I rented from one place and made motel reservations near it so I wouldn't have to drive all over Denver to pick it up. Well, they changed the pickup place and told me they were open from 7-7. I didn't know I was given a specific time to pick it up so no one was there. We had to call and got transferred 3 times and finally got to someone that texted the place so he would come and let us get the trailer. Then they told us to take it back to Ottawa,KS and they didn't want the trailer so then we had to take it to Paola,Ks. What a mess. Like I said, I hope I never need another trailer. I will most likely check on the competition when and if this happens again.Sandra B.

You could have someone at the office that is supposed to be there and knows what they are doing. The gentleman that was there was a tremendous help considering that none of what he did was his responsibility. The individual that should have been there, as far as I know, never showed up.Dennis G.
When I ask for a 22' car, and I'm given a 15' car, DO NOT put the pick up location 50 blocks from my location ESPECIALLY when there are 3 U-HAUL locations between my location and where I had to drop it off.Wayne O.
Did not get the truck I ordered in advance. Wad told at the last minute I would now be getting a truck and trailer and wad charged more than I wads originally told by a couple of hundred dollars. I won't use uhaul again in the futureRoyce S.
The unit was not clean. The exterior had not been washed and the windshield had dead bugs on it. The interior had not been cleaned nor was the windshield and door windows. Also the mirrors were not clean. For a two day trip this was not up to my standards. I will use a different company on my next move.Karen B.

When we booked this reservation went to pick up the truck and the place was closed finally after a hour of waiting for the area manger he finally helped us get the truck someone was supposed be there till 7 pm because we took the truck back at 330 pm and again no one there was on the phone again. For an hr to try and return the truck and asked for them to send me a record of this and the customer service person on the phone said not to worry we will send it over never Recvd it until Monday we put fuel in the truck on return but I was still charged for the fuel just not a very good start to a rental that delayed our whole day very unhappy with your servicemichelle A.
