only thing that was missing was the furniture dolly- luckily we didn't need it, but the paperwork stated that one would be in the truck and it wasn't. Also - the truck we had (20 foot) needs an alignment - steering was pulling to the left.

The staff was great, the depot was sloppy and unable to keep up with the like due to only having one computer. The thruc h125k so I get it but the headlights we extremely dim, the mirrors move and the passenger door doesn't close properly unless slammed close. The vendor the best he could in my opinion and I would return with these minor criticisms.

I have no problem with the location but the customer service and experience were awful I made over 10 phone calls and only one person was actually helpful U-Haul made an already stressful situation 10 times worse I will never use you again if possible

They new how to help fix the issues I had with missing equipment ( was able to tell the haul CSR how to do thing that CSR didn’t know) helped me avoid unreturned equipment fees.

I dropped the truck off after hours so didn’t interact with personnel. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on location. There was a shooting down the road from this location the night I was dropping off the truck. I’d stay away from this place.

The truck wasn't ready. I spent 45 minutes to an hour inside the location before I left. The truck was beat up, smashed up and way below industry standard. I chose U-Haul for $39.95 and paid shy of $150. for 1-Day.. Terrible !! Then filled it with fuel ! Next time it is Enterprise !

Do not change customers orders with out there permission, my last rental was for a 6x12 open trailer and when I got there they had a 6x12 enclosed! That has more weight and more drag on the tow vehicle! This switch was not authorized by me and messed up my weekend I had planned! This location is amazing but company wide terrible! Contact me anytime for a follow up!

I did end up losing the link connection when I was about to upload pictures of the odometer and any scrapes or dents in the Uhaul truck I was assigned to. That made me panic as when I tried to connect again to finish my before store opens pickup it still said link is no longer available. I had to call Uhaul and make sure I could actually still take the truck (I had the keys after using the pass code right before the link died) Everything turned out fine, they told me to take pics anyway for myself in case of any issues when returning the truck. All went well when returning the truck, took pics of the odometer again and the interior and the parked location and returned the keys to the locked box.

While my overall experience renting from Uhaul was good, not receiving my confirmation email 24 hours prior to my scheduled pick-up added a lot of stress to the already stressful task of removing furniture from my Mom's house after her passing. I made the six-hour trip to her house, called Uhaul when I got there that evening to find out where and when I was to pick up the trailer the following morning, (didn't get the email they said they sent earlier that day, so they re-sent it at 6:31 p.m.) and got a lot of "run around", "disconnected" calls, etc. I finally got connected to a very kind woman in Phoenix, AZ, who worked really hard to get me answers. She ultimately gave me a local (Long Island) number to call in the morning, and I had the trailer by 11:00 a.m. from a fairly close location instead of 4:00 p.m. from a location much further away. I was seriously ready to give up before I spoke with the woman in Phoenix, who's been working for Uhaul just a few weeks. She deserves a big, fat raise.

Remove the blankets/hand truck from the truck. It’s deceitful business to sell someone a 20 foot truck without alerting them that you’ll lose square footage to your ‘for sale’ items.

Location was good the owner is very nice, however, we reserved a 15 ft truck 2 weeks in advanced, and then the call came one day before pick up. 15 ft was not available we had to take a 10 ft. Very unhappy and probably will not use U-Haul anymore, after using them for decades.

If there is "room for improvement" here, I don't see it. Everything went smoothly. From the on-line reservation to the paperwork to the gentleman hooking up the trailer to my truck. This is not the closest U-Haul to me, but it is the best and worth the 20 minute ride.

I went to this location and the guy there was really rude, i was very disappointed, I said i dont want the insurance, i used the van for an hour and when i came back he charged me 60 dollars more, exclaiming the car wasn’t like that when I picked it up.

Uhaul rep did not attempt to repair broken rear tailight on cargo trailer. Told me I fixed it by wiggling the wires. It did not work, I made roadside repair myself. Told drop off dealer I made temporary repair, so someone else didn’t get a faulty trailer. It was a very stressful trip for me, but necessary and unavoidable. Never again with uhaul.

DO NOT CHARGE PEOPLE AN EXTRA DAY WHEN THEY HAD A HARD TIME RETURNING TRUCK DUE TO BAD INTERNET SERVICE ANS COULD T CHECK IN! THE DROP OFF PLACE WAS CLOSED BC IT WAS A HOLIDAY CUSTOMER SHOUKDNT HAVE TO SIFFER THE COST BCUHAUL FAILED TO TELL THEM THIS.
