The rear door of the truck was in the up position when I picked it up so there was already leaves debri. Also, I left the truck unattended while getting fuel, the automatic shutoff came up to $20, I filled up at about the 20 mile mark. I for one sure hope the truck gets more than 2.5 miles per gallon.

I would find a different location next time. The online process was easy. The tru k had squali g brakes and transmission slipping issues.

I was charge a fuel fee,when i picked up the truck it was on empty. I put gas in the truck, so I should not have been charge $35. Please credit my charge card back the fee. Thanks

I picked up the U-Haul truck at a car repair shop. The owner, or the person I dealt with was very rude as well as disrespectful. He doesn't answer the phone, Therefore; I had to drive there several times.

The truck had coffee & stuff spilled everywhere when I opened the door on their lot. I was in a rush to get moved so I dealt with it. I was told to have the truck back BY Monday & it was back at approx 4PM Sunday....I just got my receipt & they charged me multiple days for the truck & both dollies eating up my whole $100 deposit I had to pay because their machine was too slow to take my credit card. I will be calling & filing a complaint if I am not refunded my money!!

Problem was not about the location - problem is with your company's overall lack of communication. I called U-Haul on Friday to make arrangement to get hitch installed and they made appointment for me on Saturday in Concord, NC. Wife and I rove 2 cars from Charlotte to Concord to leave the car to get the hitch. Person at desk told us they do not do hitches on Saturday and that U-Haul frequently send people there to get that done on Saturday. Then after I eventually made reservation for the trailer rental, at the last minute I was told I had to go to a different location. Got the trailer and was given contract showing location of return. Went to return trailer and was somewhat rudely told that they did not accept trailer returns at that location. I told them I had the written contract that showed their location and was told it was not their problem and that U-haul sends people with trailers there frequently, but they will not accept them. She close an locked the door. I had to go back and knock to get them to let me in and let me know where I was supposed to go. I will try not to use U-Haul again.

I reserved the van at Mr. Storage a week ago and they gave it away to another customer. There search revealed this location had an available van. I was to get a dolly as well. I was charged for it but didn’t receive it. Hopefully it will be deducted from my charges. Vehicle itself was great to drive.

Don’t charge extra amounts that was never mentioned before including a driving fee of $15. Didn’t know reservations expire and had tons of trouble trying to get the rental truck

Appliance dolly was not in truck and we picked it up before the store opened so that was problematic. Call 800 number and we had to travel 10 miles to get a dolly. Was given an extra 2 hours for this mistake but was then called/texted to have the truck back at the appointed time..........bad customer experience.

I had returned the vehicle after hours but I was not aware that I had to share my location and everything. So I had called to the customer care to resolve it, they said it will be fixed the next day. The next day I had to call back again where the area manager called and said the vehicle isn't parked at the location according to the dealers, I had personally drove their and found the vehicle present. I called him back and told him about it. The most pathetic experience I ever had. I was beginning to think there will be police complaints due to a missing vehicle. I was disappointed and probably going to never use uhaul even if others are expensive.
