It was closed and my husband couldn't get the app to work right.

John cSigns or something to make it obvious where to leave uhaul equipment. This place was down some country roads. There were no other uhauls there, or people.

HILDA HThere was a descrepancy in mileage allowed for this move. The mileage did not allow enough mileage to go to our storage unit as well as apartment to pick up items to be moved and we ended up having to pay extra. It should be taken into account that people have to go to where their items are not just from pickup to moving destination and directly to drop off.
Brady ANo one was there. I dropped the keys and tried to check in the truck online, but couldn't get the odometer picture because I no longer had the keys. It would've been nice to have someone there to help. I didn't know the procedure. I don't move that often.

Woodrow SWe picked up the trailer at 12:30 on 9/13, rented it and paid for 6 days. Logically, I expected the trailer to be due back 6 days later which would be 12:30 on 9/19. We returned the trailer by 6:00 pm on 9/18, a day before it was due. However we were charged for an extra day. Ridiculous!
Jim LDel was friendly, thorough and helpful. I highly recommend his services. Driving to his location saved me almost 200 bucks off the Midland/Odessa rental charge for the same car hauler!

Garland RI reserved a trailer about 10 days in advance. Two days before I was to get the trailer, I received a call saying that the trailer I had reserved was not going to be available! No trailer was available in San Angelo. I had to travel to a neighboring town to get a trailer. About 100 miles round trip. I had to go a day early to get the trailer. Yes, I am very unhappy. Your service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
