When booking online I was not told that there would be a $1 per mile charge over a certain amount of miles, the additional $300+ dollar charge was a very unpleasant surprise. You need to clearly define that in your contract and it might be in the fine print but I did not see it.

Heather GThe location is at a pawn shop. It was messy and the attendant was matter of fact and didn't ask me if I wanted insurance coverage or not it was just added to the rental. He did not mention using the app when returning the truck after hours. The app is good.

DAVID BI was redirected to this location because the size truck I reserved was not available at my first location. When I arrived to pick it up, they did not have the truck I reserved. Someone else had the truck. They were able to secure me a truck, but it was a huge issue and cost me a lot of time that I did not have based on other commitments that day.
ELIZABETH TThe truck I was rented had 140 000 miles on it. Good: It was fairly clean, brakes and tires were fine. There was no significant damage. Bad: The front air dam was missing completely and the plastic skid plate was hanging down. This can't be good for fuel economy. It had dents with stickers all over the truck from previous claims I suppose. It wandered around quite a lot. Above 20mph there was a dragging scrapping noise. This would be terrible for a longer trip. It is unreasonable to charge this much for a truck in this condition.

William M1. The app kept kicking me out so I couldn't get my truck till an hour after I originally reserved it for. 2. The location lock box it hard to open and get the key out. The lock it's self was a whole nother story. 3. We paid for a dolly and it wasn't in the uhaul. So we had no dolly to help move out larger furniture. 4. The location parking is not up to par and other cars from the surrounding businesses kinda blocked the spot to park a 20 ft uhaul so I had to park it on an angle.

Robert BImpressed by the help I received.... I had a larger size ball receiver on my hitch. I had a 2" one but didn't have the tools to change it over, they jumped right in to swap it over with their tools and got me on my way! Easy return also.
TOM SThe employees were great & very Helpful, the trailer was clean but a piece of junk, rattled & bounced on a smooth road, Backup was not easy, it jacked knifed without turning the wheels, I have boats since 1990 and I know how drive with towing the boats but not this trailer. luckily the load light & the drive was short and managed to get the best of it.
Walid AMake sure somebody that's qualified to handle the trailer does your sale! What I learned was the gentleman that hooked up my trailer wasn't experienced and has not done any of his testing! The owner told me he has not done it any of the required things to be allowed to hook up U-Haul trailers! This was brought to my attention after I had said to the owner of the store it's a good thing I stopped because I felt the trailer jerk and realized that the person who hooked up the trailer did not tighten the sleeve down on the ball! This could have been a very bad thing for all of us! @uhaul #uhaul.
george hThis was a literal nightmare. We had a set reservation that even though I had a confirmation code it didn't show up. I sat in the freezing code for almost an hour. I don't believe I will ever use Uhaul again! Also the truck was beat up as well.
Efrain DAfter a nightmare with software and a combination issue and after the reserve truck I had the prior day was not available.....not bad. Wait, the hour I burned trying to get the truck cast me 50 x 7 guys for the hour delay.....
