The gentleman came out screaming at me to move the truck, refused to help me back in. He ran inside the gas station, slammed the door behind him. Then after I turn around and pull in, he comes out to the truck asking me about gas. As I'm answering him, he hops in the drivers seat and slams the door to the truck in my face as I am answering HIS questions. I then had to verify my own phone number to the man and he kept asking me if I was sure. The cherry on top was the Uhaul return site was down for this guy so he couldn't properly return the truck. He said he'd call me back about it. He never did. I then requested a call from Uhaul itself, regarded charges to my card as this man was screaming at me I owed $. I have received 1 email trying to smooth my ruffled feathers, after a return email to someone else was sent to me in error. Oh, and my card was charged without any mention to me. . . I could have saved $ and hassle by going to Penske, Ryder, or Hertz due to the discounts offered to me through my employer. I chose Uhaul due to my past use being so easy. I have 2 moves in the family in early 2020. I'll be using Penske for those.

I found no issues or room for improvement. I was treated with kindness and respect. The transaction was smooth and effortless. The only thing that could make it better would be mandatory days off from work after a truck rental to recuperate!

This store should not be a Uhaul site at all. The clerk is very rude qnd does not know how to use the Uhaul site. He tried to charge my credit card x2 and after me telling him numerous times that my card is charged he refused to give me my truck. I saw that you could do a cash payment because I had to be at an appointment and he gladly took my 100 dollar deposit. I also waited for 20 minutes before this because he did the same thing to a customer in front of me renting as well. He refused to ring me up because the other customer was on Uhaul customer service explaining the exact thing I experienced. When I finally retirned the truck and he attempted to charge me another fee thru credit card and tried to keep my deposit. I told him the other amoint owed to him was the gas that I used thr deposit I had sitting. It came to 12.00 dollars. After 15 minites of showing him my credit card receipt and demanding my charge from my deposit, he still refused until I told him I was calling the police on him. He finally gave me my change from my deposit and him yelling, I left and he chased me out the store because I left the truck at his stations gas pump and rudly demanding I move the truck the 75ft away from where it was. He had the keys in his hands which is why the truck was not moved. I sent my friend in to get the keys and he walked oit his store and moved the truck. I have never to been treated like a piece of dirt in my life. He yelled at me and talked down to me as if I was a child. He is the worst person you could ever work with to represent your company and I will never use you again because of ignorant bastard station owner.

Service representative was rude & unable to adequately assist in most matters. Please ensure that people staffing pick-up locations are knowledgeable on all pick-up procedures. It was clear the service rep was not adequately trained on providing U-Haul services and/or U-Haul’s data system was lacking to the point where the employee could not navigate it effectively. It was a huge waste of time to go through an entire e-checkout process to then have the service rep unable to pull up my reservation for a lack of training or ineffective data system. A simple pre-paid truck pickup was unnecessarily delayed for over an hour. When the service rep was unable to pull up my existing reservation, he started a new contract that was different to what I had originally agreed and paid. Trying to reverse this damage was a very frustrating process because of the inconsistent information I was given and the inability to make changes to my contract over the phone or online was highly inconvenient.

I did the entire reservation online and selected to pick up the vehicle using the U-Haul app. When I got to the location, the person at the gas station told me I didn’t have to use the app and ended up charging me $28 for SafeMove Plus coverage. I opted out of this online. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and will not use U-Haul going forward.

Our issues probably are more with U-Haul itself then with the location. U-Haul has significant difficulties in maintaining reservations. We were switched from one location to another at one point we were told her truck was not available later it was. Consider charging people’s cards at the moment of making the reservation and penalize them if they don’t return vans on time.

The location was convenient but the store was a bit sketchy feeling and the process of having to put in two additional phone numbers to validate my reservation seemed odd

Location was a small convenience store with one employee. They're helpful and kind but it took 30 minutes for pick up and 30 minutes for drop off because they're understaffed and their computer is slow with no printer. The good news was that they're close by and the trucks were brand new.

The problem I have is cost. I went online and the price was $313 with an additional $5 so I thought total would be somewhere around $318. Then with all these $5 add ons and $29.50 my final cost was $398 so to be honest THAT SUCKED!!!

Customer service at the Malvern location was terrible. We were told to drop off at Malvern and they were rude. We had to go to several locations before we found someone to help us and a place to drop off out truck.

The location did not review my order, and had insufficient furniture pads on hand. They did help me find another U-Haul location nearby that had sufficient supplies. It never would have occurred to me that a U-Haul location would NOT have sufficient supplies.

The information for Pick up and drop off locations on my confirmation were wrong. Luckily I called the locations to confirm before showing up. Also, I had ordered some equipment and they did not have it, I had to call your 800 number to get a credit for the equipment. Very unsatisfied with the scheduling process. The address you have above is not where I picked up the truck.

Owner was very helpful and checkout process was very quick. There printer was not working so I needed to take a picture of the receipt. The lot where the vehicles are parked is small so if you are uncomfortable with driving a truck it may be a problem.

My family uses uhaul for all our rentals from trailers to the large trucks. The vender I used today, Max Porting International had very little knowledge of the process and their customer service was far below acceptable. I waited for over 45 minutes to receive the keys after I displayed the conformation on my smartphone. The vehicle was in poor condition the transmission was slipping and the engine service light was on. I will never use that vender again, and am now sceptical about the company as well. Overall I was very disappointed with this service and rental.

At this location the person that i had contact with did not want me to drop off the truck there because it was not in his inventory. That's not my problem. After a long day of moving boxes and furniture... were tired. we are dropping off the uhaul at the closest location that was open because you can't go over your allotted miles.or youre charged more. The man was not happy that I was there with this truck. He finally took it. Also the woman that he called on the phone for advice in this matter sounded pretty rude to him. You guys should work or your internal customer service.

Tried to help but person they had to work with when they called corporate could not understand them. The counter person got more and more upset because of this. I guess this is reason that I got called 20 hours later asking for another 17.28. A second trip to this location was made to pay in cash.
