ERNESTO RI think the truck should have had a full tank gas when you pick it up, when you return it you fill it back up . I put gas back in where I thought it was when I received the truck
JIM FThe pick up of the trailer went fine, the clerk was helpful with loading. I am exceedingly upset with the drop off. The location was unexpectantly closed with no communication. The 6 x 12 trailers have no jack stands and I could not remove the trailer from my hitch by myself. I wasted over an hour trying to get some help. A U haul area manager was not available, the store manager never contacted me and the voice message box was full, and u haul roadside assistance could not be dispatched for that reason. I am very upset about the loading and unloading of these trailers, it is very dangerous as they roll once unhooked in the unlevel parking lots. I have rented this size 2 times now. The first rental I had to load by myself with my husband, the clerk said that it wasn't hard, yet she didn't help or even come out to lend assistance. There was a screw in the tire when I picked it up and the clerk said to take the trailer and call roadside assistance. I did and they did come and change the tire. I am not so sure how I feel about picking up a trailer with a bad tire, I am glad I saw it before we loaded it and headed out. When I returned the trailer I stood at her counter until she helped me because I couldn't lift it off the ball by myself. The second time renting I used a different location, the clerk helped me load the trailer with a mobile jack stand. The location was closed when I returned it on time. There was no note on the back door and after knocking and waiting and calling the store with no answer, I had to walk around half the strip mall to the front door because the delivery trucks in the back had now blocked me in, only to see the store hours posted on the door with a hand written closed sign taped to the window. The customer service agent at 800 Go U-Haul was nice, but beyond phone calling to try and get an area manager or store manager, it was an epic fail. After an hour of waiting to return this trailer I had to give a random nice guy some money to unload the trailer with me. I left the trailer in the spot I picked it up from and photographed it and the store still has not contacted me, however I did get the bill. Not Happy.
Sherrie SI have booked for 8am and the key was not in the lockbox. I had to wait until 9am for the store to open so that I could take my key. I lost 1 hour of work of the moving crew, which I was paying for.
Ricardo AI had a confirmed GUARANTEED RESERVATION . On the day of my rental, I drove 28 miles to this location and the trailer was not available. I was NOT offered different equipment, I was just told to go to another location to find the trailer I was looking for. Mary Ann did not help. POOR Customer service... They should have called me to let me know that they had rented my reserved trailer to somebody else before I drove 28 miles to find out for myself. They also should have called the manager and offered me a different trailer. ( which they did not ) My business relies on dependability and so should yours.

Luis will be the reason I'm going outside of U-Haul and file a complaint with every agency possible. I have no idea who gave Luis permission to even think he can place conditions on customers regarding an error on U-Haul's part. I am tired of this company taking advantage of consumers. This company needs investigating. The number of complaints warrants an investigation into the deceptive and unfair business practices. U-Haul can thank Luis at this location; Luis thinks he can treat certain people in a disrespectful & demeaning manner as if he is superior.; Totally unacceptable

Mateo QTruck was dirty, when going 60mph huge vibration on the stearin wheel and front wheels , the truck was all over the plac very dangerous to drive . When returned i Had 1/2 tank and they still charged me $13 for 3 gallons. Totally unacceptable

Lazaro RNo issues with the location...issues with Uhaul. To pick up the truck after hours was a nightmare. The app doesn't work. Spent more than a half hour on the phone. Finally get a truck. Get to my destination to start loading the truck only to discover there is a padlock on the back door. Another half hour on the phone and I find out the padlock is standard procedure on truck that after hours. It would have been nice for them to let me know that. I get transferred to another department to get the combination but then it goes to voicemail. I just cut the lock off.
CHRIS ZGreat place great people highly recommend anybody to rent from there on a regular basis, local one-way or out of town. Luis, the owner is fantastic and so is all his employees.
Andrew WTrailer door got stuck open and couldn't close causing delays. The door latch got stuck with the frame. Other than that, all good.

Andrew WThe vehicle was dangerous. The front left wheel was leaning outward and there's heavy clanking under the seat. Could be front end or crank shaft. The vehicle is flat out dangerous. If something like this was missed, it shows me that there's no maintenance or care for customer safety or even preserving U-Haul's equipment. The process to get another truck took a very long time and I had to visit three sites. My day with U-Haul started at 9:00 am and ended at 10:00 pm. Enough said.

Andrew WTruck was great! only concern is that when I got my bill thru email, it was what we discussed at the store, so that was good. But then I checked my credit card statement, and it had an additional $73,79 added to the charges!! I went back to the store and discussed with rep at the counter, and she said, the bill they charged was for $532,19 which is the original bill, trying to find out what the added amount is for. I did reach out to my credit card company and waiting on their reply, please advise on your end.

George SBe sure that equipment ordered was supplied. Truck itself was in excellent condition but appliance dolly and furniture pads that were ordered were not there. My son-in-law who was the driver for me had to search in other trucks and found a regular dolly.

Mario SThe truck we rented was completely out of gas when we got it, then we took it to a gas station and the pump kept shutting off as if the tank was already full, but the light was still on. So we went back to exchange for a different truck and the second truck was also completely out of gas. Both gas lights were on when we turned the van on. We took the second van to get gas and put 10 gallons in even though we weren't going to use all of that, just so the next person wouldn't have to deal with an empty tank as well. Very disappointing. The girl that helped us switch the vans was nice enough, but there shouldn't be a reason for the gas tanks to be empty when you rent them.
