My experience with uhaul was awful bc customer service was very unprofessional with helping me... was not willing to go out of there way to help me return equipment... after being transferred to different employees of uhaul I was on hold for two and half hours and finally I graced with a very nice lady that resolved the problem within 5 minutes... I feel like if you're done like I was the customer should be reimbursed some of or if not all rental 樂 bc I had run 30 to 40 dollars in gas out bc of the bad communications with the customer...thanks JoeyJoey H.

The lady that checked me out at my return was rude and disrespectful. I parked the truck where I was instructed when I picked up the truck. She then told me to go move it and take pictures of the miles and gas. She did not check the truck for damages. She then ran my credit card. I explained that I was paying cash and needed those charges reversed. Well made her angry. She then called someone to find out how to do it. I'm sure my body language was less than positive after 20 minutes of listening to her struggle with basic instructions. She then proceeded to yell at me because â€œI didn't tell her not to run my card. â€œ I explained that I told the gentleman at the time of rental and that she didn't ask me how I wanted to pay my bill. She then yelled and tried to talk down to me. I responded â€œ is this how you treat your customers? It's not my fault that you didn't ask me and just ran the card. â€œ she then got more rude and more aggressive. At that point I just wanted my receipt but she would not relent. I told her how â€œ unprofessional she was and asked for the managers name . She said her name and challenged me to call her boss. I will be making that call tomorrow. She was a rude lady. And I didn't need to park the truck as she didn't have to and I didn't have deserve to be treated terribly because she assumed I was paying with a card. Then it angered her to have to reverse the charges. Again not my fault.Chris L.

The gas when I picked it up was a hair over half a tank. When I returned it I did at half a tank and they charged me $10 (2 gallons) to me this wasn't fair.Jennifer M.

Returning a truck with a phone is annoying. I couldn't get my location to work so I couldn't check the truck back in. I don't think this is a good system. I shouldn't have to pay a â€œconvenienceâ€ fee to return a truck.Dawn H.
Was a rip off to pay a flat fee and then a Mileage fee after only 41 miles. Does not allow for any travel to locations where we were picking up cargoTim R.

I lease the storage unit for almost 2 years, the staff is always treated me professional, kind, with respect. I would refer anybody that I know to rent from here. Very nice well-kept clean facility. Your website was malfunctioning.If Shannon who works at this location had not shown up we would not have gotten the vehicle at all.Same issues returning it.This is a dead zone for cell reception.We had two fully charged new phones.Your system gave me every possible excuse.Couldnt be processed,website malfunction,no memory,wrong cell #,wrong email,wrong password.I just created the acct and all info was correct.I called your 800# and was told my wait would be 51 minutes or someone would call me in 51 minutes.Shannon was great and this location is fine but it was the worst experience ever.And what is the extra $10 charge under CDW?I chose no optional coverage of any kind.I will never do this again.Dave W.
The trailer I booked and got was damaged the hitch receiver was damaged and bent I was able to hook it up but it took me over an hour to disconnect I had to remove my receiver ball I order to get it disconnected. I'm very disappointed in the equipment. I need to rent again this coming weekend but I'm worried about the quality of trailers.Jason F.

Nothing wrong with this particular location. However, you'll see in my account that I was originally supposed to pick up a truck from the Erlanger location. They notified me 14 hours before I was supposed to pick up my truck that there wasn't going to be a truck for me. That's it - not backup plan, no transfer, nothing. All other stores had already closed. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was hung up on because I was (understandably) upset. The Erlanger location did not offer any kind of solution. Why couldn't I have been notified weeks in advance? Unacceptable and I will be calling support over this to get my money back.Jeff L.

This facility was convenient to where our church was located but beyond that I chose the facility due to the extreme cleanliness, pest free, climate control facility. East access for any time I needed to enter/leave the facility. Also the premises were alarm protected and staff was so friendly and helpful with the renting and final closing of the unit. The trailer was hard to hook up to my truck, that particular trailer design has no tongue jack. Maybe it would have been easier to maneuver and manually handle if it had been on level ground with no snow, but this trailer was extremely hard to lift the tongue and set it on the ball.Christopher W.

Reserved rental at a place that was 1,5 miles from my house. Reserved the rental a month 3 weeks ago. Received a call one day prior to moving and was told I had to use the location that was 17 miles away. Original reserve was 8 am for 6 hours. Now the new location was not until 10. When arriving at the one 17 miles away the uhaul was not there. Didn't get the truck until 10:30. Then I couldn't even return the truck to a closer location. Not organized!!MEGAN S.

The pickup location was excellent. My one complaint is with Uhaul directly. When I made the reservation, it would not allow me to only reserve the truck for 2 days. As it turns out, I turned the truck in 3 days early. I would normally expect a refund for a transaction like this.Matt H.

The mobile pick up and drop off app is a joke and very confusing. You have to talk to someone to figure out how to turn on location services through your server, while using the app. Not just thought the app or by having location turned on. They did not tell me what to expect with drop off and pick up, gotta take a selfie and be able to take a photo of your license, where you parked, to show that it is clean, and the fuel gauge and odometer. So your camera better work perfectly. You have to guess your gas depending on the vehicle and the fuel gauge. It honestly took an hr to pick it up. Not easy the first time.Shauna E.

Returned truck after store hours. Connection with my phone would not work. After talking to 3 people and holding on line for 65 minutes, they were finally able to help me get the truck returned. Not happy with this option and wasn't going to pay extra $20 to have store do it the next day.juanita F.

I was given the Uhaul with less than half a tank and this location charged me $100 for fuel. I shouldn't be charged that much when the vehicle wasn't full to begin with.David C.
