The woman at this location was wonderful. But this was NOT the location I had reserved to have as the pick up location. Don't tell me that this location had the equipment I needed - the one I reserved was closer AND has a ton of trucks there. The one you sent me to was much farther away. The truck feels like it is about to fall apart every time it hits a bump and drives terribly.Amy D.

The truck should be retired, the ride was terrible. There was no dolly that I had paid for, just "it didn't come with one". They were nice enough to locate one at a different location. No instructions on the code I needed to get into the back to retrieve the key to start the truck. USA Auto Sales did a good job UHaul failed.Kenneth A.

I specifically requested a uhaul location. Revservation was switched to an unattended used car lot further away than requested location. There was a note on the door to call. I was told â€œgirl called in sick todayâ€ and I can call uhaul to compete transaction. Called Kevin. He came right over to assist hook up and complete transactionCharles G.
I made the reservation at another U-Haul authorized location and was alerted to pick up rental truck at this location. I received a text message from US Auto Sales alerting me on what he needed to finish pick up paperwork. The key was where it said it would be and the code for the lock was provided. I picked up a truck from USA Auto Sales on Friday August 28th. Front tires were really bad on the highway to Chapel Hill NC. Gas tank was half full when picked up as well. I returned the truck on Sunday August 30th with half full tank and was surcharged. It is really sad that I put my life on the line riding the truck and still got over charged. Not make multiple changes to location. Have someone available at your designated location. Phone contact for a Uhaul representative impossible to reach in a timely manner. Hours spent on phone. Truck unsafe. Backup lights not working. Would not use Uhaul again. Would try Budget or Penske next time or recommend to someone else.BETH J.

The online drop off process was a PAIN. After a HOT and tiring day of moving, it was so frustrating to stand on the blazing hot pavement to go through the online checkout process that is very slow and when I got to the step to upload pics, the website gave me an â€œunknown error has occurredâ€ message and made me start over again. The place was closed at 4:00 even though the hours said 6:00 so we didn't know where to leave the truck.nicole D.
