Truck wasn't clean and rental was given on empty. Was running late since I had to start with cleaning and filling the tank.

I saw some bad reviews, however I believe it is people not understanding what they agree too when renting a u-haul. I was under my milage and early and it was a very good transaction other than the u-haul website.

They charged me an amount of gasoline that is not correct.

The owner was very rude and was trying to con me out of more money on mileage I did not use, gas that was returned the way that it was suppose to, and environmental fees that were already paid for by me. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Very bad for business.
