What a beater. The driver door didn't close all the way. Wind blowing through the opening and it was VERY LOUD! No way should I be charged full price for this. But I will be, because I've never had good service from U-Haul. I think it's time I've moved on

We were rerouted a couple of times after arriving on time for our mobile pick up. At the last minute we were informed that the pick up location on Huntsville Road was not able to provide a key or code to the pick up box. This was very frustrating since we had been assured that everything would run smoothly. At the last minute, the H-haul representative at Shiloh in the Mall had an available truck in our size. He tried his best to steer us to the site in the Fayetteville/Springdale Mall, and he regaled us with a great sense of humor, though he did not seem to grasp at first that my wife was desperate to use the bathroom in the store (but she made it on time). May I suggest you consider making vans available to other cities. It seems like the ones at Twin-Cities U-Haul had some, but we were told they had to be returned to that store, which was rather difficult for a one-way rental from NW Arkansas to Oklahoma City

This location is in a mall and very hard to find. The location is also a scooter store but there is no sign displayed designating the scooter store as a U-Haul Pick-up/Drop-off location. This storefront is also very far away from where the U-Haul trucks are parked. There is no sign or instructions on which door to go in to get to the storefront. I needed to find the U-Haul store because there was no key drop located near the truck parking area. Additionally, the U-Haul app did not allow me to upload photos of the truck to complete my drop off. Overall this was a very frustrating and difficult experience.

The location was not the issue per say. The gentleman was very nice. But Uhaul as a company was. Changed my pickup location 3 times before I actually got a truck. The cargo part of the truck literally smelled like human urine. When I dropped off the truck at the Fayetteville location, there was No drop box so I had to make an additional trip to the N. Shiloh location to return the key. It was very inconvenient and not customer family. For the the criminally high price you charge for a rental..I.E 447$ to move IN THe SAME STATE.. I thought I would've been taken care of better. I'll keep that in mind moving forward

Returning the UHaul was very frustrating as it wasn't a designated building. We were expecting a location with a team to accept the truck and ensure everything was in proper order. Instead, the address directed us to a mall in Fayetteville, AR and there wasn't a designated space with any clear markings. We happened to find another UHaul truck parked in the parking lot where we parked the truck we rented. When I called the number, the gentleman said to leave the keys under the front seat with the doors unlocked! I was very concerned the truck would be stolen and we would be held liable. This is not safe!

This uhaul rep was the worst I had ever experienced he cussed me on the phone his place of uhaul pick up and drop off is in a mall. I have used uhaul alot in the past 8 months I will never go to this rep again if no other rep has what I need I would rather go without than deal with that jackass again

The guy I got the truck from was awesome but the truck needs some help. the passenger side seatbelt was broken and I have a video. The doors were also very sketchy. I hope to not have to use Uhaul again as my previous experience before this one I paid for 2 Uhaul movers to help and they were 2 hours late - I dont think anyone ever even followed up with me on that but it messed up the whole move for $200

Truck was full of leaves, several pieces of trash, and a piece of a bed frame. Additionally the truck with nearly 200 000 miles on it had no working AC, the seat had no support on the right side so I was falling off, and made an awful squeeling sound when accelerating.

The pickup was in a mall. There were no indications when reserving online. There was no outside signage to point to the location. Manager was very nice and helpful, after I had to call and find out where to find him.

The location was almost impossible to find. Inside a mall with no signage. The truck had no oil with the check engine light coming on immediately. I had to add 3 quarts of oil to get the gauge to even register

I ordered a truck with a dolly and it did not come with a dolly. When I got the bill they still charged me. I would love to get a refund on the since I never used the equipment. -Brett Arent

Everything was great except the windshield washer blades were so worn out they were useless and the was no washer fluid which made driving in the after snow slush a nightmare.

I RESERVED ONE UTILITY DOLLY, BUT WAS TOLD THEY WERE OUT OF THEM AND GIVEN A FURNITURE DOLLY INSTEAD, IT WAS NO HELP BECAUSE OUR MOVE INCLUDED STAIRS. WHEN I REVIEWED MY BILL I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO UTILITY DOLLYS....OTHER THAN THAT THE EXPERIENCE WAS AVERAGE

I went to the address and there was no indication of any kind where I was to pick up my truck. I finally got a call from the dealer asking me where I was and telling me where I could meet him. We met behind a dumpster and he took me into his office. Then I had to go across the street to find my truck. I was 30 minutes late picking up my truck because of a great lack of information.

The destination location was changed from Plano Texas to McKinney Texas which increased my rate by over $100. I am now trying to get reimbursed for this. Wish I did not have to do this.

The gentleman who helped us was very nice, however couldn't get any of my credit cards to take in their system(we have no credit problems)- seemed to be a glitch in their system- had to end up paying cash:(. And after I went to trouble to put all my info on line . And the trucks and trailers are at a separate location from where you register/pay- inconvenient set up. Difficult to find the place to pay- no signs for U-Haul at all

The actual drop off of the uhaul is next door to the mall at 4143 N Shiloh and this should be sent as return address instead of 4201 N Shiloh Fayetteville, AR to prevent others from doing in circles around in the mall parking lot then having to call the location.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. The rental place was inside a scooter store at the Fayetteville mall, not obvious AT ALL. There was one guy working, extremely slow. He didn't listen well and talked over me numerous times. The trailers were located off-site in a parking filled with potholes, and there was no clear direction.

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly but I had called Uhaul that morning to 've sure there wouldn't be a deposit and was rather adamantly told there was not one then got charged a deposit. Maybe you should update the information your customer service reps use to let them know that there is in fact a $100 deposit when you use cash or a prepaid card such as a work pay card to pay, that way there won't be any unpleasant surprises for your customers.

Location was listed as being open from 11 AM till 5 PM on Saturday. I arrived at 11:15 AM to drop off, but operation was closed. I called the number on my contract and a gentleman answered and stated he was closed, and gave me a new address to drop the trailer off at. After I hung up, I was unable to find the address on Google maps. Aside from the location being in the wrong direction I was heading, I did not have time to further delay my departure so I called the gentleman back to let Him know I was unable to find the map location and ended up leaving the trailer there. I then got on the phone with the U-Haul Toll Free number, and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I finally connected to a live associate, who then transferred me to another line. She then insisted on speaking to my wife who was not with me (the initial reservation was made under her name, yet I picked up the trailer and was also added as an additional driver). Very frustrating to that took over 40 minutes to try and resolve before losing the connection.

The drop off address was wrong on the contract and text. 4201 N Shiloh Fayetteville, AR is the mall. We had to call to get the correct address. The location was a parking lot with no one there.

The store owner was very friendly and helpful but this was the most unorthodox U-Haul location. He gave us two free doggie calendars from his scooter business; curiously both had the month of December torn out. Maybe he really loves the featured breed that month? There were no signs to indicate that it was a U-Haul business and we had to leave the truck behind a closed business down the road. Just made for a little bit of an uneasy feeling whether or not everything was legit. Some uhaul signage would have been comforting.

Equipment was to be dropped behind an abandoned closed business. We were met by the "manager" to pick up keys after we called him. The only thing missing was to have the transaction completed from an open trunk in the back alley.

was told that instead of getting a 15 foot trailer I was getting a 20 feet. then I got home and it was 26 feet. the man took a lot longer to get the paperwork done which took nearly an hour. didn't understand the payment and nearly tried to charge me double. worst service I have ever encountered.

The location is very hard to find because he wants you to drop it off at a mall. We road back and forth up the highway because the drop off address was different. Then the drop off instructions he gave was really shady. He told us to drop it off at the mall parking lot and leave the key under the seat with the doors unlocked. I would not recommend at all.

This location does not exist. I had to find another location to drop off the vehicle. This drop off was a total disaster, and I feel that I should be reimbursed a portion of my rental for the inconvenience it caused when I was on a very tight schedule.

Directions to the location really need to be clarified. The drop off zone was not a used car lot, but a mall parking lot. So definitely had to call someone to figure out where to drop off. Also had no clue how a 24 hour drop would work in that location.

Rep was very unprofessional called me 5x after he was told I would drop of after next day he told my husband just to bring in the next day before 12 and it was dropped of by 10 am and he did not even open his door I called him and he answer rudely that he was at lunch at 1030 just to leave the keys I the box and he charged me an additional fee if 30 and no explanation of it.
