Aleksandr TI stopped in to location near my warehouse and although convenience store clerk was at store although very nice was completely unfamiliar w rental procedures. She called owner "Bobby" on phone who instructed me to make reservation direct w Haul in which pursuant to his instructions I did and got my confirmation number. The clerk then confirmed my identity and took my credit card, then handed me keys and accompanied me to designated vehicle. I drive away and a few hours later and 75 miles away I got a call from "Bobby" who demanded that I bring vehicle back to location as he said paperwork was incomplete. I told him that I would finish my task and return as soon as possible even though truck as agreed was to be returned the next day. Bobby continuously called me threatening to call police to report vehicle stolen and I advised him that if he felt that I or anyone is stealing by all means he should call police. I decided to abort my mission and returned the vehicle 14 hours earlier and got reprimanded for not signing paperwork, removing vehicle unauthorized and accused of removing misc cardboard, plastic and other debris that was left in back of truck. The fact was I removed the debris but according to "Bobby" I was supposed to give that debris to the 75 year old kind lady clerk as according to "Bobby" he uses the cardboard and plastic to place certain foods on in his store. I asked for paperwork which he was unable to produce and "Bobby" assured me I would receive later. Fast forward a day later I got a receipt with extra charges so I called "Bobby" to request a refund. His response was I would need to deal directly w U Haul and that I should be glad he didnt report me to police for stealing vehicle. Again I suggested if he felt that I stole vehicle or anything for that matter he should proceed w his threats. I got call back from "Bobby" and he indicated that he would try to get me proper credits. At this point I am demanding my money back in its entirety or I will seek legal relieve in small claims court. My phone number is (561) 212-1616 and I request the courtesy of a phone call and formal apology. My suggestion to U haul should be to investigate Bobby and that location and reconsider them as an Authorized U Haul Dealer. This experience was downright unprofessional, unorganized and downright abusive. I strongly suggest a rapid response.

Crystal PInside cab was dirty. Floor had dried red clay and back still had some cabinet doors precious person left in it.

James MI tried to use the online registration, but could not get it to work. One of the issues was that I kept being told I was at the wrong location while I was sitting in their parking lot. Over all very frustrating and had to start the whole process over twice and still had to go talk to the clerk to actually register my rental, which resulted in losing over an hour of my rental time.
David WU-Haul app requires pictures for checkout but there's no cellular coverage at location. Owner said he would check-in truck. Once he told me I was good to go, I remembered the utility dolly the pickup location didn't include and told the owner that wasn't included and I was going to call U-Haul to let them know. He provided me with a number and said to call right then. I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes and could not get in touch with U-Haul. I left the location and continued to stay on hold with U-Haul for 2 hours before the call dropped. During this time the owner called all the contact numbers on the account to try to make me come back to the location. I told him no and he treated to fine me for not turning in the truck. The next morning I finally talked with a rep at U-Haul who said the truck had already been returned... This was my last time ever dealing with U-Haul.
