The appliance dolly strap was busted. Should not have been loaded in the truck for use.

Marsha WThis drop-off location was assigned to me and closed on Sunday. We could not drop the truck within the gated business and there was no drop box for the key. I called the business twice, left a message, and texted with no response. I ultimately used the national website to get permission to drop the truck on the vacant lot of the business next door and to leave the key under the seat of the truck.
Beth DV Tire & Wheel went above and beyond! Arrived after hours and a day early. While leaving a message the U Haul representative answered the call, then met me at the return location to return the rental. Amazing customer service! Would 100 % recommend

Evan BVery sketchy, phone numbers don't match, no one visibly available to open the gate and drop off equipment. Was about to call 1800 uhaul number to request a new location and then a guy came out. It looked like more of a junk yard then a uhaul pickup drop off location.
PAUL MThis location does not offer 24/7 pickup and drop off. There are gates that block the entrance. We reserved for a Friday pickup and when we arrived they were closed and the gates were closed. We rebooked for Saturday morning and were told they are usually closed on Saturdays and we were lucky they were there. The phone number on the Uhaul site for this location is wrong. We called many times to be hung up on and asked to stop calling. The location owners were very friendly however the overall experience was terrible.
