The service was horrible, I delivered the truck the same day I picked it up And they closed the contract 6 days later and on top of that they charged me an extra day.
felix pMy truck was reserved to be in Nanticoke, it wasnt there, they sent me to wilkes barre, the person in charge at wilkes barre wasnt there. On my reservation I requested a desk personnel to complete the transaction, when I got to wilkes barre I had to do virtual, I waited for two hours for the transacation to go through. When I spoke to crystal the regional coordinator she was arrogant, and pretty much made every excuse for things not being what they were supposed to be. Made it like it was my fault even though I followed every told to me. Will not be a customer of UHaul again.

THOMAS OThere was no gas in it when i got it immediately had to put gas in it. Returned it with same amount of gas
JOHN MThey never answer the phone I called several times for assistance and no one answered. When I dropped the truck off the young sales rep was clueless on what to do and said the boss wasn't there at this time.
