I did not rent from U-Haul I have tried to get you to stop sending this stuff to me several times! I will never rent from U-Haul unless you can fix this problem. I AM NOT CARL VICAR!

The vehicle was parked across the street from the box with the keys with no directions or indication where it was. Also paying $.79 a mile plus gas is crazy the mileage and gas were more than the cargo van rental

Mitchell RIt was an issue with the GPS iof the box location,t took 20 min to recognize that I was in the right location, and after finally complete the whole verification process the lock unlocking. After that the vehicle drove nicely and the return process went more smoothly

Lawrence jThey stole $60 from me. They made me give a $160 cash deposit for paying cash which I thought was odd. When I returned the truck in Houston they told me the Haines City location only put down I gave $100. I have been scammed.
