Did not offer to help hook up unit, Nor did he know the proper way to hook up unit . Very slow and not trained properly. Took 40 minutes to get paperwork complete. Have used the same guy in Brandenburg for a long time, he does great!! I do not have to go elsewhere to pick up a unit. I will rent a competitive unit before returning to Ekron.
