Train your employees Do not commit false advertising.... picture shows the small box truck for 19,99 and 0,69 a mile but after rental is complete you are charged 1,69 a mile and told oh no....that is for the regular trucks only! The associate in this office had absolutely no training and finally had to do the transaction over the phone by a supervisor.... took over an hour to complete the transaction

The site was very convenient. However, it took me a whole hour to rents a appliance dolly. This is because I had to use my own cell phone to rent it. The reception at the place was very slow. It was not the workers fault. She was very friendly and helpful, why do we need to go on your website to rent trucks and equipment? Why can't you allow the suppliers to handle all of the paperwork? What if somebody did not have a cell phone but needed to rent a truck? They would not be able to do it. Your rental process needs to change.

Very helpful and heated interior business. The gal called the head office to make sure my card could be changed and the transaction had already went through. The man there helped me unhook the trailer.

The female representative was very nice but had no training on the rental process so it took about an hour to complete the process. The male representative was just no help at all.

Truck hadn't been cleaned and the designated gas level was almost a 1/4 off.

Fill gas tank,clean the vehicle,. No one was there when I arrived, waited 45 minutes for person to show up, lied about truck being full of gas ,cigarettes in ashtray and dog hair all over

Would be helpful if they marked a spot in the lots to leave equipment that is being dropped off after hours.

The U-Haul staff really came through for me. My BMW broke down 50 miles from Vale on my way back to Texas. The nearest service location was 75 miles away. I am now back home because these people found me a truck within 2 days of my reservation. As far as I'm concerned, there is absolutely nothing they could do better. These guys saved my butt!

Don’t rent from U haul.

When we arrived to pick our rental up, the customer service representative was not fully trained. We had to wait for someone who knew what they were doing to get there. They stated that they would be open until 5:00. We arrived at 4:30 to return the rental and they were not there. We attempted to call the number on the door multiple times and they never answered. Very poor customer service. I understand that it is a small town and people are not generally concerned with quality customer service in small towns. However, they are representing your company. They are doing that poorly.

Check-in of the trailer was fast and efficient. The owner was very friendly and helped make the return very easy.

The gasoline in the truck was not checked at my pick up of the truck and it was only half full , so up on delivery I had to fill it up to full which cost me $49 out of my pocket. That's a big mistake. Being a 68 female I didn't know any better than to drive it away half full from the Vale Oregon pickup location.

Truck filled up with fuel and truck clean. Had to clean all windows before being able to leave parking lot due to being covered in dirt.

Could not turn heater off of my feet. Tried everything. Ten hours of hell.

We were reserved to pick up on a sunday, but apparently they aren't open on Sunday! They wouldn't answer their after hours phone number. Had to call the uhaul 1-800 number and get help!
