David HustedI returned the truck to the location where it was picked up from, I even handed the keys to the person at the location, It was returned about 8 hours late because I lost the key and I contacted your road side assistance and it took them about 3 hours for a person to come down from Denver to recut a key. They truck was not kept 4 days and it was not returned to a different location.
Mark HamletThe mileage Counter was wrong. i moved 2 blocks from the rental location. in both directions i went no less than ten miles pick up and drop off. this Idiot tried to say i went 60 MILES!!!! that's impossible. the distance between move locations was 2 miles each way plus a stop at the store. no more than 10 miles and that's pushing it. no documentation was given, and the email they sent me was wrong to begin with !!
Ronald COOKSThe man who rented the uhaul to me was shocked that I was the one who was going to be driv8ng and asked me if I was sure I would be the driver. He kept showing me a driver's license of a man from Iowa asking if it was me on 3 separate occasions. I am a 5ft 2 female to be clear. Then he added the safe driver insurance to my ticket after I declined it and was unaware until after I turned the truck in. This additional charge was not approved by me. Over all I would NOT recommend this location to anyone and I am not happy that I had to pay for the coverage without my being aware he snuck it on to my order.
Randel EvansWhen you set a guaranteed reservation at a location and the customer gets there and the truck they were guaranteed isn't there and all you get is a sorry. Terrible. Then get shuffled over to another location to pickup a truck. Unacceptable

Timothy MeisI booked a truck to pull up and find out that it was booked with another person. After talking to the uhaul rep that pretty much said the other person got the truck for a while I was told I could take the truck and finally got the keys. I was also supposed to get the $50 reservation refunded for the inconveniences. I got the truck half way across town and found that the $7 I paid for a dolly wasn't there. I was told I could go back all the way across town to pick it up using milage and gas that would be more than the $7 to rent to dolly. So needless to say I had to move with out much needed equipment and was charged for it.

My experience with a small truck was excellent. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the truck and the easy access to fuel.

Lucinda RiversNot sure why I received calls and emails and a reservation cancelation, I did get the truck at the location and have a receipt to prove it. I think you need to sync your systems, for it does not give U-Haul a bad name like HERTZ.
Carma McconahayUnfortunately there is nothing this location can do to improve. The Agents were very polite and courteous. The only issue I had was I wanted the 10' truck but could only get the 15' truck, which was of course more money. When I get there, they had a 10' Truck sitting there, but I was informed that this 10' Truck was in need of repairs and had been sitting there for over 2 weeks waiting to be picked up and repaired. This location does not have a huge collection to choose from. From what I saw it was a 10', a 15' and a car trailer. But it is not their fault for not having the 10' Truck available because someone has not picked it up for repairs. The most important reason I chose this location was because they were the only ones that I could find who were open past 4:30 pm- 5 pm. I had a pick up to make at 5:30 pm and could not make it back obviously. They site said they were open until 10 pm, perfect, but when I got there they were only going to be open until 9pm. Luckily that worked out for me. And yes I could have used the app and dropped it off at any time and used the key drop, but I like the personal interaction so I can make sure they are not charging me for any incidents which were not my direct fault. They were great to work with.

We got it hooked up but then had to drive to uhaul to get it checked. This is absurd for how much this cost!!!!!! You need to have someone come and pick these up instead of having customers do the work for you.

Eldon EdwardsMain issue was with the Uhaul app and 24/7 option. I have rented a few times with Uhaul, and app constantly locks up. Also, all info was previously entered at rental (to make things quicker) but still took forever, and could not post any pictures of truck condition. Other big issue was late changes in pickup and drop off locations that were nowhere near where I was, without clear communication. Text and emails should be TITLED with action.
