I requested a drop off location near me that was available however after the reservation was made and I picked up the equipment the location was changed back to the original pick up point which cost me an additional 20 miles

Sharon BrownI am very disgusted with the service. There were five roaches that came out of the vent and were crawling over the dash as I was driving. I am concerned for anyone else renting from them. If I wasn't a safe driver, I don't know what would happen. I think God for my safety.

Isaac MizrahiThe van was dirty inside and out, door handle is broken so one can't use the sliding side door, the vehicle shook alot while driving. Tire pressure was low I had to stop to a tire shop to get air added. After booking over the phone I was told all I need to do picking up was to show my ID and credit card used to book the rental, after getting there it was like filling out the sane application over again. Something that was done over the phone. Bad experience at that location and I've rented before without any issues like that.

Dwight Christoph WalkerNot helpful at all. When first I walked in with my reservation I was told no truck was available by a woman at the counter who just walked away. After I insisted someone else stepped in and clearly had no experience in the rental process. Had to call few times someone to get instructions. Finally got done. Was given a key, pretty much was left to guess the next partthe app was helful.Found van with remote, parking spots are not numbered. Van was pretty clean, beside a dual roach infestation, Germans and American. Had to spray van few times to keep them in check. Check engine light was on, no issue beside some weird popping sound when van was just parked. Returning the van was even worse. Inside no help was given, beside park van in back and do it yourself. App was having issues finding location, after a lengthy process, I was asked to mark parking space, clearly unmarked and place key in Dropbox non existing, only key boxes available were the locked ones for pickup. Dropped key inside at counter. In the future I will use only company owned uhal locations Not happy at all with lack of knowledge about process from employees at this spot. Also final charges are very confusing. Ugali made debits to my card daily, but at the end full amount of rental was due on app, not explaining charges were just hold placed on bank accounts and final amount was excluding the money in hold. Had to call to get more info.

RICHARD HOFFMANThe truck that we were given was empty of fuel with fuel light on and we inadvertantly put in 1/4 tank of gas as pump was fast. When we told Valero what happened about being afraid afraid to go past a mile down the street without putting gas in so as not to run out and be stuck. Valero said they would credit the final bill for the gas overage. The truck was also not returned at 10:42 pm but 7:42pm. I asked for a receipt at the return to check gas credit and all was correct and was told they don't give receceipts but would be sent to my e-mail and it was but receipt wrong in time and no credit given. Can someone credit my visa for the gas please asap?

I had to give a delivery discount ! I need a discount for me renting this box truck with you because it was an awful experience! I have videos of your truck ! Y'all need to do better than this ! Chandria OwensCustomer care needs improvement,,,dispatched never contacted me on why uhaul was late on return ...they where not available to even answer pho e or return phone messages,,no contact from them about van return date. .instead dispatched reported it stolen and I was arrested at gunpoint during traffic stop and total mistreated by law enforcement they never gave me a reason why i was being arrested and when dinally taken in to police station i was let go with noexplanation...where i had to walk home from ft Lauderdaleto hollywood..and i was given backbwas the shorts i was wearing and a shirt they gave to me ...only instructionsi was giving was to contact clerk on court date ...i was release with having to post bond or explanation of what my charge was,my belongings are still in the u haul,,,and I have not been contacted on when I can get my personal belongings

shauna richardsThe first truck they gave me had a tire pressure light on. Then the 2nd truck they gave me overheated 1 mile after I left the pickup. I was stuck in the middle of the road and had to walk back to pickup a 3rd truck. I would not recommend this service to anyone ever. Do not use Uhual.

AURA MAHONUhaul changed my pick up location to this location at the last minute. At this location I was greeted with not so great customer service. I guess this is the difference you get at a location that is not a U-Haul center. After going out back and finding the trailer myself, and hooking it up, I find that one brake light is out. The gentleman at this location did not seem to care and told me it would be fine at this time I realize that the trailer to not even have a license plate. Not happy at all. I have already called U-Haul to complain.

Kirk WestThey gave me a car that had indicator lights on, and a message that the airbag needed to be serviced. The transmission blew in 0,5 and could not be used. it was dirty and broken. Uhaul tows the vehicle and books an appointment in the morning so two of us have to take off work, and I get there at a place not near my house, and it isn't even reserved. NOw this location is charging me $445. for a vehicle I didn't even use. Uhaul customer service doesn't help and I went to the location and the man that rented it to me would not help. This is unbelievable!

DIEGO RIBEIROThe man behind the counter took 20 minutes to process my reservation even though I booked it online, then proceeded to yell at me when I saw he'd added insurance and claimed he'd informed me. Neither me nor the person I was with heard him ask me about insurance. As it would have taken another 20 minutes for him to enter all my information again, I told him to leave the insurance on the order. I will never go back to this location. First time I've ever used U-Haul. Very unpleasant experience.
