Trailer was dirty, it had dried cement in it. The gate was held up with what appeared to be an extension cord, because the chains were too long. The green cord on both sides was about 20 feet long and wrapped around multiple places on the trailer. The closure for the gate was deformed, which made securing the gate more difficult than necessary. The location is inside a gas station, which would be fine if there was a person to assist uhaul customers. I had to hookup my trailer and drop it off without anyone coming outside to make sure it was properly connected. No one checked the damages outbound and when I returned the trailer I was told that once they close they will check to make sure I returned it and then I would receive a receipt. Overall, the people are not rude, the equipment I received was in poor condition, and the customer service was non existent.
I wax over charged on my Rental by $130. Call to speak with someone at the Local office 5 dsys and was put on extended hold. Call back several times could never speak to the actual rep. Left several messages and he never responded.

Everything was great the only thing somebody who had it before me left the cardboard on the dash so I left it there but other than that everything is perfect
This was the worse experience I have ever had their truck broke down on me and I'm being held responsible for all the fees but in all honesty if the truck wouldn't have broke down I could have put my own gas and took my own stuff down
Extremely limited and difficult parking for a 15' truck. No instructions or clear signage on backing in vs forward facing.

Your van was full of roaches. I locked the key in the van and your customer service Department offered no assistance. I had to call a locksmith because there are no spare keys to any of the uhaul vans or truck. Also when I dropped the van off at the location where I picked it up, the service clerk refused to give me a printed receipt.

I was supposed to pick up the truck on St. RD. 84AND I-95. I had a reservation that obviously doesn't mean crap. They said they had no trucks and it could be two or three days. I had movers waiting at my house to load the truck then. I had bought airline tickets to get back from the destination. This sucked
Need to clean the inside of the driver and passenger areas. Dirt and dead roaches were found
It smelled bad inside. Everytime i braked i thought the transmission or something was going to breakdown. I really should not have driven this truck. So glad it didnt breakdown. Could not do sixtyfive mph it would shake.
Horrible customer service. Agent added extras to our reservation without telling us and tried to get us to pay without disclosing reason for additional charges. Very shady! Will never use U-Haul again. We also had our reservation moved without notice. Customer service sucks!!!!!
The vehicle did not start the battery was dead I had to come back two hours later again to pick it up

Have Uhaul supplies like blankets and furniture dollys at this location or at least don't let customers add them to the cart if they cannot be picked up at the same location.
They charge me 99 cent a mile nd normally is 44 cents a mile so I end up paying more money the before
Staff was rude. Plus uhaul is way too expensive $1.19 per mile, lower the cost if you want to improve.

I have rented equipment at this location in the past, and never had a real issue there, but this time was exceptionally awful and cost me a lot of money. My reservation was schedule for 8 am. I arrived 5 minutes early, but the clerk at the location told e that the person who handles U haul wouldn't be in until 9. I said fine even though I chose that location because it gave the option of an early start, and I planned accordingly. When the person arrived started dealing with other customers before me, even though he knew form the get go that I was waiting since 8 am. I had to call the 1800 number which had me on hold for about 20 mins before I could get anyone to help. The offered me to change my reservation to a different location which was 15 miles away in the opposite direction of where I was intended to go, and at this point I was already 1 hour and half behind schedule. The person I spoke to was kind enough to give a credit for $50 for not having the equipment ready on time, but that doesn't cover the costs of the extra 2 hours I had to pay for the help I had lined up for the day. On top of that they already had another job, so I couldn't pick up another piece of furniture that was in a different location, because I was told that I could only pick it up before 11, so now I will have to rent another truck to pick this one item that would only fit in a truck and I would need to pay helpers again. Yes customer service was wonderful at the toll-free number for the merchant however didn't want to help me at all with my problem nor did they want to issue my credit they told me that that had to come from the corporate office themselves so I would never use them again but u-Haul customer service you're the best.
Person who knows how to explain and relate to customer in a friendly manner and not an unpleasant way .
The guy was horrible, my reservation was at 8 the guy showed up at 8:50 and did not even say hello to us, Uhaul i would rethink of being partner with somebody like that. Horrible horrible horrible experience.
The guy was very rude told me that he had no space to accept the truck but when I looked at his parking lot he had plenty of empty space and was not professional or helpful
Fantastic experience all around. Reserved a 15ft truck completely online. Walked into Valero on time and was in my truck about 5 minutes later (there were customers in front of me or this would of been even faster). Return was just as easy and fast. Super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this location.

Parking was tough staff was helpful. There was confusion on why my pickup changed and if they could accommodate the truck. There should be confirmation between U-Haul and the drop off vendor/ drop off site. This way the customer isn't catching anyone off guard
No parking places, staff were unhelpful. Demanded $18 for extra miles. Was not a pleasant experience.
It was too expensive i paid $68 on Wednesday and $180 upon return on Saturday morning
Let them know not to reach there before 10am on sundays. A real shame to have a customer to come and wait for vehicle to be dropped off and no one there to receive vehicle

My reservation was not in the aystem but I have email confirmation and I had to get a bigger more expensive truck.
Fast service no hassle and equipment was fairly new clean and worked well
The Manager inside was rude and unprofessional he told me that i could not get a U-Haul and they were close then i went online and requested myself and i ask him i thought you guys were close that's when he stated he didn't want to talk about...

The vehicle was full of sand the tow haul keep going on causing more fuel to be used than needed WA$ given a contract pushed to sign it then found out I was charged for safe haul then when turning it in the person was a jerk didn% want to help] then told me to call u haul. It's one thing to make a line one on the piece of paper to indicate how much gas is in the tank and it is another to visually see it on the gas gauge. So I return the truck with the same amount of gas that was visibly showing on the gas gauge. So before returning the truck I filled it to the point when I picked it up. This particular U-Haul happened to be a gas station so i filled it there. I was told that I didn't fill it to the same position and when I took it and was forced to put $3 more the tank. I explained the situation but to no avail. Its not the $3 its the point that I explained the situation and he didn't believe me. If you don't believe me I must be a liar. So next time maybe Budget will believe me. I rent a truck at least 3 times a month and just found this location around the corner form me. I figured this is convenient. Someone once told me "People dont stop doing business, they stop doing business with you" and in this case all over $3.
Originally reserved at Boost Mobile store on 31st Ave. they did not leave keys in lockbox or the furniture dolly I requested. Had to call customer service and pick up from a different location. Customer service was great and the new pickup location was great. Original reservation location was not good.
This guy charge me 3 times for the 15 ft truck and he is very poor with his customers service. Take me more than one hour to pick up the truck#ridiculous
People over there are so lazy to, help, it does take a very long time before someone finally attended me. I was over charge, and when I returned the truck, She didn't check me out until the next day, so she can charge me for another day extra, I brought the gas level higher than what I took, i still get charge extra. I was promised a call from your Customer service and I am waiting for a manager's call, before I call my bank to cancel the whole transaction.

The AC needed freon. The service was excellent after the waiting for a western union customer to finish up at the same uhaul window.
They need to make sure that the trailers are clean and free of all debris when renting it to the next person.
Ordered equipment was not inside the uhaul. Do not pay for extra things!
