Sadly valley ranch and feed is going out of business. Hopefully someone as nice and helpful will pick up where they left off.

Scott E.When I dropped off the 10' moving van, I was immediately greeted by an employee, and he informed me that he had the paperwork up and running, and needed to go outside to get the mileage. All that was done in seconds! He was very courteous and extremely helpful!
Robert L.We were originally going to pick up uhaul in Pagosa Springs, CO. Their customer service was horrendous. Needs improving. The Bayfield location was excellent & customer service was spot on. Would be nice if uhaul offered discounts for veterans & seniors.

We didn't know it was changed until we went to drop it off. The original location agreed to take it and really helped us out. I had to take my dad to the doctor and didn't know the location had changed to a place 25 minutes away.

Carlos A.We scheduled our rental for Sunday when when The Valley feed store was not open and it took us 2 and a 1/2 hours to get our key to our rental truck out of the lock Box because there is no Internet service at that location. We talked to several customer service representatives And there was only one lady probably the 6th 1 we talked to that actually helped us all of the other onesWe're a waste of time and no help at all... Then returning the truck you are supposed to use the Internet at the location once again which did not work so we were told we were gonna have to just drop the key in the Dropbox and be charged 20 more dollars. The lady finally looked at Our file and everything we had been through today and she made a note in there and told us just to drop the key in a Dropbox And we should be OK.

Danielle S.Truck was a local truck from somewhere else and not a one way piece of equipment. Obviously neglected in maintenance. Exhaust problems and transmission has issues in tow/haul mode. Mentioned it to the receiving u-haul center but they didn't seem to take the issues seriously.
