Can't think of anything in particular. I've used U-Haul a LOT, and I've rented from many different locations in PA, NJ, TN, and NC. This was definitely one of the better locations I've been to. Convenient location, easy mobile pickup/drop-off, and the rented vehicle was of the quality I expect from U-Haul. I also wasn't nickel-and-dimed for gas the way other places have, which was a nice change. The furniture pads I ordered were not included in my van, but I ended up not really needing them anyway, and they were refunded without even needing to inquire. TLDR: This place rocks! I live out of the area, but if I find myself needing a rental again, I will definitely try for this location :)

The online portion of rental did not indicate the requirement of a uhaul account. We also did not get the blankets and dolly we requested. We requested an 8am pick up, prior to the opening of business. Truck had some obvious cosmetic damage which should have been fixed. Overall very poor.

At first, the steps needed to pick up a truck just using your phone seem like a pain. But really, I found that it was easy and only took a few minutes. I was impressed with how smoothly it went and will definitely rent from Valley Forge Self Storage again!

You auto pick up and drop app stinks. It took 25 minutes to get confirmed when I arrived at your location and I wasted an hour trying to return the van thorough app that did not work. I left the key with a note in the lock box and I won;t be using Uhaul again.

The return procedure is really over complicated. I accidentally dropped the keys in the box before realizing that I needed to take a bunch of pictures, which seems like a waste of time. Can't the workers at the facility take those?

The on line check in and check out was an absolute nightmare. I cannot imagine how this would pan out for someone who is not tech savvy. It was awful. We will never do it again. It is always nice to work with a human being and not have to stand out in the cold, make phone calls because the app isn't working as it should be, take a bunch of photos, etc. Other than that, all went smoothly but we were 30 minutes behind schedule due to issues with checking in through the app.

Nothing needs improvement, and the manager, Dave, is the best of all the U-Haul locations (and I have used MANY). Truck was pristine and in beautiful operating condition with enough gas that I didn't have to fill it up until I was done. I will continue to use this location whenever possible.

Fuck uhaul I scheduled my pickup location for a location 10 minutes away from my house and these dusty motherfuckers changed it THE DAY BEFOFR to a location an hour an a half away from my house. Then charged me an extra $15 A MONTH after I dropped off my uhaul because of tolls that THEY SHOULDVE COVERED for changing my location I had problem after problem with this pick up location and the customer service representatives when I called to get answers. Never the fuck again y'all can suck my dick

The pick up process was horrible. Nothing was wrong with the vehicle itself (other than a weird skunk-like odor coming from the heat), but the app had me list FOUR different alternate contacts for them to verify us. This process was a nightmare and held us up by 15 minutes, which was very frustrating and cut into our window. The lock box was difficult to open and I couldn't get it at first. Between the lengthy pick up process and the lock box not working correctly, it was a frustrating experience and I will not be renting trucks after hours moving forward.

The self service return process was horrible. It took me over an hour because I kept getting the error message that it wad out of memory when I tried to upload pictures or it would just randomly restart the process. I will never use the self-service again. If the store isn't open when I need to rent, I will go to Home Depot to rent. The truck was find and the location was fine, but the self service website needs improvement.

Nothing needs improving—this is my preferred location to rent from U-Haul. Every vehicle I rent here is in great condition, clean and full of gas and the man at the counter is just terrific!

We were warmly greeted, the process was clear and concise. The vehicle was turnaround so we could simply pull out of the lot. The vehicle was clean, full tank of gas and in excellent condition. We will not hesitate to use this location again!

We had a terrible time checking in and checking out. Other customers there experienced the same thing. Extremely frustrating experience. Number you were given to call if you need help goes to a mans voicemail who says he will answer it if he hears it ringing. Finally got a U haul worker on the phone who helped us through the process after an hour and a half. Truck was fine though. Would not recommend this site.

The check in app did not work as expected and it took a while to talk to someone from the help desk. This resulted in me being late for my move. I was on hold for nearly 1/2 hour. It was not a pleasant experience. Next time I would go to a manned location. Once I did get someone from Uhaul on the phone, she was very helpful.

This was the easiest rental: to make, to pick up, and especially to return using the appâ€"so convenient! The equipment was in great shape and the rental manager is really helpful and very nice.

The website was down, and this facility does not have in person help. We had to wait an hour for someone to come from the next closest location to manually let us in the truck due to the mobile check in not working. Very disappointed in the service, will not be booking again.

I had a horrible experience with UHaul. I reserved a 15 foot box truck 3 weeks in advance. When I went to pickup the truck, I was told that it was not returned by the previous user. I was then told that another 15 foot box truck was available at a location 50 minutes away, so I accepted that. I received a confirmation text for my reservation, but upon arrival, I was told that there were no trucks available for me to take. I was then again redirected to another location 1 hour and 20 minutes away, where I could only get a 10 foot truck. I reserved that truck, even though it was smaller than my original reservation. Not only did I not get the truck I ordered, but my original reservation was from 10 am to 6 pm, and by the time I was able to finally get the truck (at a location very far from my destination) it was nearly 1 pm, and the end time of the reservation was not adjusted for the nearly 3 hour delay. I got the wrong size truck, at the wrong location, for the wrong amount of time. The final location that I was able to pickup the truck from was 15 miles from my destination, whereas the original location that I reserved the truck at was only 3 miles away. I want a full refund for my rental, I did not get what I reserved at all, and the mismanagement of my situation by UHaul caused me to lose more than 3 hours of my day (and my rental) and extra money out of my pocket for the additional miles that I had to drive the truck. It was the worst experience I could have possibly had and unless I am refunded fully, I will never again rent from uhaul and I will make an effort to recommend to friends, family, and colleagues, that they never use uhaul.

It was extremely inconvenient that my pickup location was changed 48 hours before my move to a town 35 minutes away while my dropoff location stayed right around the corner from me, especially when I scheduled this two months ago. I left my car at the new pickup location, and in addition to the extra mileage and gas I had to pay for, I also had to take a $45 uber to retrieve my car. When I contacted UHaul they would not let me change the dropoff location to my pickup location without very expensive charges. Will not be using UHaul again

Uhaul is not a customer friendly company, their policies are misleading. The uhaul I rented got stuck in the snow then plowed in. I called uhaul to utilize the road side assistance that I paid for unfortunately, it took them 2 days to tell me that road side assistance doesn't cover me being stuck in the snow. Based on the description of roadside assistance and I was definitely stranded on the side of the road why was I not covered but on top of that I was charged 2 extra days. Rip off
