When we drove up, we first saw only 3 trucks. When we started the process, our truck ID number was not the one on the truck we were looking at. We didn't know you had another side to the building that had other trucks. That was very disconcerting right off the bat. Maybe tell people to go the 2nd driveway. When you see U-Haul trucks, your first instinct is to pull right in there. We eventually figured it out, though.

We did the truck share 24/7 where you go to a location and do everything by phone. Very convenient, except on a Saturday morning at 9am, They are so busy we waited 45 minutes for them to approve us. Ended up calling to expedite the process which did work. Returning the truck was quick and seamless. I would do it again, but arrive well before your pick up time. We didn't leave until an hour after our time, but they did not add an hour to the time we asked to have the truck.

There is no signage for at the location to tell you that Uhaul is there. There is actually a sign on the building next door but that's not where you go. Overall the equipment was clean except for the cup holder area on the dashboard.

The pickup I rented was clean and well maintained. The only reason I didn't give the location a higher rating, is because I had difficulty finding it. There is no signage at the front of the property. It is primarily a self storage facility.

The online check in process was very slow and Although I entered much of the information the night before I still had to re-enter the same information again the next morning. The waiting for approval time was lengthy, and required entering more than one time. The checkout process I was just as bad. Overall a very frustrating and dissatisfying experience. The only positive was the customer service representative from U-Haul who was patient and helpful. The location was fine and the truck was easy to access. U-Haul may want to consider a process that allows customers to access/interact with actual people versus so much reliance on online services.

I didn't realize that the owner was speaking to me over his speaker system. It was hard to hear, and I though it was some kind of recorded voice tied into the security system! Would suggest making it louder. Otherwise a very good and easy experience.

On older trucks with 50K plus mileage a little cleanup in the drivers cabin would be nice. I think you should pay your pick up and drop off folks a little money if they can prove they did add'l cleanup of the drivers cabin. Great Location very helpful.

nothing , everything was quick and easy at this location. Overall as a company you have to figure out how to get all the one way trailers back to there locations ASAP . I always rented from Malvern location and they had none to rent for that reason.

The fender was cracked and tow straps were worn. The attendant patched up the fenders and got me on my way and was very helpful.

I reserved via my computer but the UHaul system treated me like I'd booked through my phone (which I prefer to use when *I* want to use it, not when a company decides that is how it wants to do business). The folks at this location are friendly, helpful, and awesome.

For the express pickup and drop off, it’d be nice to include a reminder slip in the key envelope to remind the customer: 1. Park in the lawn to avoid blocking the driveway. 2. Clean up the truck and remove all your personal belongings. 3. Check into app do record drop off time before leaving the site. This is a great location for this area. However, when I go through the 1800, the lady was not able to provide me with this location, instead some other limited times and distanced locations. We then searched for the website ourselves and found this ideal time and location and cancelled the earlier reservation.

I signed up for a two day rental, but when my confirmation was received via remote pick-up I was informed that I had to return it within 24 hours (fortunately, I was able to move everything the same day). I was also informed that the rental was $29.95 per day, but when I received the invoice the total was $76.14. I was never notified that there was a mileage fee, even though I returned it with the same fuel level as received, nor was I told that there would be a $14 fee for SafeMove coverage even though my personal auto insurance covers rental vehicles. You've have to be more forthcoming, clear, & transparent.

It was very confusing since the trucks and the UHaul sign are in front of a building that houses several businesses. The actual office for this location is to the left of that building and that's where the lockboxes are that hold the keys. We spent way too much time trying to find the drop box, covering every inch of the wrong building. We had someone from UHaul on the phone who tried to be helpful, but had no clue... Also had some trouble with the online system that on 2 occasions in the process would not open the camera on my phone. We were longing for a human being on site. Van was immaculate and very comfortable.

Customer service was totally unhelpful. The new self-check-in service wasn't working correctly and customer service threw up their hands like there was nothing they could do, they kept interrupting, and they had NO urgency. If the app hadn't finally started working, our whole move would have been thrown into chaos. It was a horrible experience, and I can't wait to talk shit on your whole company to everyone I know. Go Penske!

The location itself was awesome as an outside party involved with Uhaul, but Uhaul itself as a company is an issue and I will not be using any of their services again. I don't understand why I would go online and reserve a specific truck at a specific location only to be called the day before saying you can't get the truck I want or the location I want. Makes no sense and isn't sound business.

The uhaul rep on the phone not at the actual storage place was not very helpful to the representative at the storage place when he had questions. The equipment was old and the transmission slipped as we drove down the road. Took one trip and returned it. Not my usual uhaul expierience.

Better hours of pick-up, at least scheduled times and a reminder for both parties involved. Dave was accommodating about coming early so I could pick it up, but we spoke on a Friday. I had to call Tuesday morning to remind him of our 9am pick up.

Called ahead to say we would not be there by 1:30 PM per 48-hour timeline due to traffic on highway. Asked them what time they closed on 25th. They said 5:00 PM. Arrived at location at 4:20 PM and shop was CLOSED. Called number, asked why they closed early, and asked what to do with the trailer. They said they would be right over. Guy showed up in a golf cart, disconnected the trailer and said that as far as he was concerned, the shop was closed, and he would not check the trailer in until Friday AM. NOT ACCEPTABLE. i have a time stamped photo of the trailer next to their location sign if you wish to view it. I do understand being closed for a holiday, but closing early after you state your hours is not how I would expect a U-haul franchise to provide customer service.
