Mobile order pickup had MULTIPLE issues. The location was unable to assist/sign in. I had to call Uhaul multiple times with a very long hold time for each call. We were not able to successfully get our truck until ONE HOUR after our scheduled pick up time. That is how long it took to get help and get things sorted. When we finally got our truck, it had not been cleaned out after the previous leasee (there was a partially drank water bottle and some boxes in the cab). In the middle of a pandemic, this was really unsettling. We'll be using Penske moving forward, not to mention my parents, who are moving from IL to CA in 2 weeks, have chosen to rent their cross-country moving truck from Penske based solely on this experience we had with Uhaul.
