Took a long time to get our truck when we got there. We dropped off the key in the drop box, but the box was broken.

Need a bigger sign saying it is a U Haul location. Hard to find. Had to call for directions.

I don't know how the drop off locations are selected but I drove right pass a Uhaul place right close to the house and had to go across town to the drop off location given. Just puzzled? The drop off location the person was very prompt and professional.

You gave my trailer away that I was promised and I had to drive 3 hours missed being able load on Friday and had to pay for a room the uhaul is changed our mind from ever using uhaul they gave my trailer away!!!

We had made arrangements at the stacks storage place on Highway 74 in Homeland a week prior to when we needed the moving truck when we got to the location the morning of our move the truck was not available for us and there was not another truck ready that we could take it was very inconvenient it was very unprofessional and it really messed things up for us and slow down are moving process which is already stressful enough without needing any more added stress of not having a truck when we got to the second location upon waiting 15 to 20 minutes 4 the receptionist to finish with his customer he had before us once he was finished with them which was another additional 20 minutes of waiting he was very kind and helpful to us after all of that stress so he was great but everything else was a nightmare yes the truck was okay to be used but we had to drive so far to get the next truck and was almost three hours behind schedule just because the truck that we had ordered was not ready in the first place at the first location that we tried to rent from it was very unprofessional and it was very inconvenient and I'm not understanding because of all these problems why I'm having to pay additional monies for mileage when it was the company's fault in the first place for us to have to drive farther to get the truck I have made attempts to talk to a representative about these matters and they are still demanding money if I ever have to move again I will not be using Uhaul with the way that I see things right now and how all this was handled trying to stick me with additional money to have to pay after all the inconvenience they caused our family during this stressful time
